Our unit has been freshly painted and has many new updates. Just walk in, drop your bags and walk straight to the beachfront balcony! You will see the gorgeous emerald green gulf, hear the water lightly lapping the shore, feel the sun warming your face, smell the beach air and Ahhhhhh!... you are now "ON VACATION"!
Pelican Beach is a lovely beach resort. It features some of the best sunrise and sunset views in Destin! The resort includes 2 pools (1 indoor),a gulf-front hot tub, tiki bar, sun deck, tennis, fitness, snack/pizza shop, outdoor grills and a BEAUTIFUL BEACH!
For the kids, you are across the street from Big Kahuna's, a popular water park, and near mini-golf, go-karts, movies, pizza & more. There is shopping and golfing within 10+ minutes. You are only 5 minutes from the Destin Marina with a large fishing fleet. For restaurants, sample family to fine dining options. But once you get unpacked, you probably won't want to leave the beach!
