I would like to tell everyone that this place is bad to make sure it is available when I need it again. But this place was amazing. It was very easy to find with the directions provided. It sat back away from other units which allowed our kids to not have to worry about being noisy. It was not very far outside of town. The place was really clean and had a great feel about the place. Some of the best parts were, double shower head in master bath, swimming pool and hot tube, plenty of parking, and close to trails. I have recommended this place to all of my friends that go to Moab.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great location, clean and met all of our needs. Trailer parking was outstanding. It would be nice if bedrooms had a TV/DVD. Ironing board and Iron would be a nice add. Thank you for catering to the jeep community. We look forward to our next trip to Moab and if your location is available, we will definitely be staying here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great stay at Amy's condo! My husband, I, and our three children,(ages 6,3, and 1) had a mini vacation in Moab back in July and enjoyed every minute of it, including the condo. The condo was new, very clean, and decorated really cute, which made for a really comfortable and inviting stay! The listing description was very accurate and Amy was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this property!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo itself is perfectly fine -- it is a newer place, surrounded by the desert heath and not cheek-by-jowl with other places. It is a little way out of town in the more scrappy outlying area. There isn't much landscaping yet, but perhaps that will come when the neighboring lots are developed. In the warmer weather, the outdoor balconies and patio must be nice. However, and this is not the fault of the owners at all: the cleaning crew did a terrible job of prepping the place for us, leaving dirty linens on several beds (including bloodstained sheets, ick), mouldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Also it did not seem that the floor had been vacuumed thoroughly, and the carpets upstairs were spotty. Towels and extra sheets and bedding were shoved higgeldy-piggeldy into the shelves in the closets, which isn't necessarily a terrible thing, but it was just sort of messy and indicative of the cleaning service's shoddy approach. When I pay to have a cleaning service do my own house, I expect things to be pretty much photo-shoot ready -- here I paid more than I do at home and got a mess. The property manager, whom we called, was very apologetic and said they would give us a discount next time we stayed, but didn't give me any details on how that would work. I would say if you're going to rent the place, insist on cleaners doing their job, bring your own knives (the usual rental-condo knives were here, as everywhere, too dull to be of much use), and don't count on the supplied air-bed, since the pump doesn't work (batteries have corroded into their housing). There are two bedrooms with full/queen type beds, a master suite with a king, and a very uncomfortable pull-out sofa (queen) in the smallish living-room area which is in the same space as the kitchen. As for nearby activities, attractions, and restaurants: Of course the National Parks are worthwhile, but do also try to get to Negro Bill Canyon -- unfortunately named, but one of the best hikes in the area. Also, if your a climber, the pitches along Potash Road are not to be missed, and there are some neat rock-art panels there too. We liked Zax for wood-fired pizza; they will seat large groups and have a pizza and salad bar if that's more to your liking.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: I have addressed this issue with the cleaning gal & have been assured that her employee did make a few mistakes on this cleaning. However, if you read all my reviews or just 5 to 10 you will get the real feel of the condo. It is pretty new and well taken care of, it is in a great part of town. If you have any questions I will be happy to answer them.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and spacious for two parents and three teenagers. It was nice to have a garage to keep the car in as it was very hot while we were visiting and the laundry room came in handy after days of hiking at Arches National Park! We did not have a chance to use the pool but it was very close to the condo. My only suggestions to the owner would be to add some outdoor furniture to the balcony and the pation. We really enjoyed being able to eat outside with the view of the mountains in the distance. Our family enjoyed hikes to Delicate Arch, Sandstone Arch, and the Devil's Garden with many arches along the way. We also did a canyoneering trip with white water rafting with Red River Outfitters and it was amazing.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This condo worked out great! We were able to cook and being a few miles away from Moab was perfect. Enjoyed the hot tob and the pool. We looked at several different condos and really liked that this was new and not right next door to another condo. Would highly recommend the Fiery Furnace hike at Arches. Thanks again - this was perfect and we had everything we could possibly need.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo was an excellent choice for our family, and I would gladly stay there again. It was clean and pleasant. My only two complaints are that I had to call the property manager to get the WiFi password and there was nothing in the condo that told where the community swimming pool was located. The property manager was very helpful and responded to my inquiries promptly. I would definitely recommend this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: All guests that reserve the condo get a detailed rental agreement that states address, check in/out time, code to lock box, WIFI password, directions and code to pool etc.

The place was nice and had most everything we needed. It was a bit stark and we could have used directions to tv. set up, and bbq. I would advise buying a spice rack to leave in kitchen that would enhance the cooking experience. Also, I would have a plumber tighten the faucet in the kitchen, as it would leak unless you put it in one certain place (full left) The views off the patio are awesome. thanks for your vrbo condo listing.
