This condo worked out great! We were able to cook and being a few miles away from Moab was perfect. Enjoyed the hot tob and the pool. We looked at several different condos and really liked that this was new and not right next door to another condo. Would highly recommend the Fiery Furnace hike at Arches. Thanks again - this was perfect and we had everything we could possibly need.

This condo was an excellent choice for our family, and I would gladly stay there again. It was clean and pleasant. My only two complaints are that I had to call the property manager to get the WiFi password and there was nothing in the condo that told where the community swimming pool was located. The property manager was very helpful and responded to my inquiries promptly. I would definitely recommend this property.
Owner response:All guests that reserve the condo get a detailed rental agreement that states address, check in/out time, code to lock box, WIFI password, directions and code to pool etc.

Our whole family just completed our stay and we had a wonderful time. The condo is nearly new, wonderfully decorated, and is in a beautiful, somewhat secluded location. This is all perfect for us since we didn't want to be right in Moab, but we wanted to be close to Moab.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) stayed in this house for a week of absolutely perfect vacation. The location is very convenient: 5 minutes to Moab. The place is quiet. The owner provided very good directions, easy to find. The house is very clean. We have complicated food allergies in the family, so the kitchen was most important to us. We cooked dinner almost every night. The outside grill is perfect. The washing machine and drier worked perfect as well, which was very helpful after a day of hiking. We would definitely rent this house again and recommend it to all our friends.

This home was the perfect space for 8 of us (including 4 children). The space was clean and simply perfect for us to enjoy our Moab stay. The few miles drive outside of town was not a big deal - it was about 5 mins drive to town. The fact that linens and towels were provided was great. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved using the outside grill. The community pool and hot tub was an added bonus. The owner was readily available to answer any questions and we really appreciated the ease of this property.

The home was more than what we imagined and found that the kitchen was well stocked with the necessary items for at home cooking. The views were amazing!

My husband and I stayed at this property in October 2011. We enjoyed the condo as it was very clean and the kitchen was packed with all the necessary cooking items. Master bedroom was large with a very nice closet and bathroom area. The two car garage was nice as we had towed our Jeep yet still had enough room to park both of our vehicles. It is located approximately 4 miles out of town which we liked as it was extremely quiet yet close enough if you needed to run to the City Market for groceries. We took day trips which included hiking, jeeping, sightseeing and golfing. We love Moab it is an amazing place to visit. I would recommend this property and we definitely plan on returning next fall to Moab and hope to rent this condo.

I stayed at this prpperty for a couple of weeks with friends. The condo is clean and comfortable. The kitchen had most of what we needed and a large gracery store was minutes away for things that we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool, which was a s short walk away. They usually had the pool all to themselves. We also loved the large two car garage which made packing and unpacking much more convenient. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a base from which to explore Arches and Canyonlands.

This condo is perfectly located and beautifully decorated. Everything you could possibly need was supplied, including little travel shampoos, soaps and toilet paper. Even papertowels and condiments were left. It was spotless clean, beds very comfortable. It was so close to Arches Nat'l Park that we would come back to the pool in the afternoon, go back to the park after dinner and walk the town at night. I would highly recommend this condo for adult couples or a family. Kids had a blast climbing all over the rocks in the park and there's tons of adventure tours for everybody.

This condo was beautiful and very clean. Everything was easy to find and was well equipped. The kids loved the deck that wraps around from the master suite to the front of the condo. We took 2 families down and had plenty of room for everyone to eat, sleep, and play. The pool was great and only a short walk from the condo. Everything worked great, nothing was broken or out of use. There were plenty of extra blankets, towels, toilet paper, ect. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a fun place to stay in Moab.

House was spacious, modern, very clean, nice decorated, very well stocked, close to Arches National Park. I have been renting houses for years for vacation, this was the cleanest of all, which is very important to me. There is plenty of room for 8-9 people to sleep comfortably. House is located on a quite street, has access to pool, hot tub and a game room. Amy was very helpful with everything. I would recommend this rental to anybody. Will come back in couple of years to visit and I will rent this house again and again.

The place was nice and had most everything we needed. It was a bit stark and we could have used directions to tv. set up, and bbq. I would advise buying a spice rack to leave in kitchen that would enhance the cooking experience. Also, I would have a plumber tighten the faucet in the kitchen, as it would leak unless you put it in one certain place (full left) The views off the patio are awesome. thanks for your vrbo condo listing. Just back from traveling UT and 4 nights at this condo. What you see in the photos and description is what you get: a new, spacious, beautifully furnished, comfortable house. We were 4 adults, and everything we needed was right at hand. After hiking and touring in the Parks and on the River, it was delightful to sit on the patio, enjoying the mountain view and cooking on the large barbecue grill. Enjoyed the pool, a 2 minute walk from the condo. Amy was responsive and easy to work with. Looking forward to returning in a few years with my grandchildren.

We enjoy exploring the US and the Moab area has drawn us back from northern Minnesota many times. The condo was a great place to stay with a teenager, two young adults, my parents and my husband. After days spent hiking and mountain biking, it was wonderful to come back and relax, make supper, and enjoy the gas fireplace as a family. The only downside was that we really had wanted a hot tub available. We had specifically asked if the tub would be available three times and was assured it would be. It was not. Tired older bodies could have benefited and the younger folks just would have had fun in it. I would recommend this home as a place to stay - it was very clean, nice view, great response to rounding up a roll-away, and the beds were wonderful. Just don't expect a hot tub.
Owner response:All my guests are able to use the hot tub/ pool & club house facilities during the open season. Open March 11,2011, these guests were not assured it would be open because at the time the reservation was made, the was no scheduled opening date as it was dependent on the weather. We all know how Utah weather can be sometimes!!:)

My husband, our two adult children, daughter in law, 8 year old granddaughter and I stayed and enjoyed three nights in this wonderful home. It's location was very convenient to the area's attractions and an easy drive to Grand Junction Airport. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the sheets were crisp. The kitchen was equipped with quality items, no dull knifes or mismatched dishes here. Anything I would use at home, was in the kitchen. I truly appreciate a clean home and this one was exceptionally clean. We used the trail guides in the home and really enjoyed The Arches, Dead Horse Canyon and the Canyonlands. The lady at the Rock Shop on Main Street directed us to a nearby area where we could legally search for petrified wood, agates and fossils and this was the highlight of the vacation for my grandaughter. We enjoyed burgers at Milt's, star gazing and watching bunnies behind the house. A truly peaceful area to enjoy the outdoors. We are from Florida so we went looking for and enjoyed the winter weather. I would recommend this home to my friends and family. My family and I have rented vacation homes for years and travel with an open attitude. We keep in mind that there is a wide variety of standards and are easy going when we encounter the unexpected when renting a house. Rarely do we find a jewel such as this home. It's clean, spacious and convenient and Amy was very easy to work with, even when I thought I had misplaced my directions and code late at night. What I did not like about this home? Well... it really made the second home of our vacation pale in comparison. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

There were nine of us and it was nice to be able to relax and visit more easily. The house is very clean and everything you need is there. We stayed four nights and enjoyed cooking our meals together and saving money that way too. Amy is always very prompt in getting back to me. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

We just got back from our stay at this great townhome in Moab. We stayed 4 nights and it was very comfortable and felt like home. We had two couples, an additional adult and two young children. There was room for all of us and all of the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasurable. The owner provides enough towels and linens for all. There was plenty of toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels and cleaning supplies. I write this because this hasn't been the case in other homes we've stayed in the past. The homes is just south of town making it a great base for all your Moab activities. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo rental was great. we had 3 couples staying there very comfortably. We were only there for 2 nights but could have easily been happy there for longer. We did not eat out in Moab, we went to the grocery store and cooked all our meals and ate outside on the porch. The condo is beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable. While there we only had time to visit Arches National park, but there are other national parks near by, a family could easily stay here for longer than we did. We couldn't get the fireplace to work, but we didn't really try that hard. I flipped all the switches and none of them turned on the fireplace so I gave up. Also the TV was a little difficult to figure out. My only 3 suggestions would be to leave directions for the TV, fireplace, and how to get to the pool. We did find the pool and hot tub and had a lot of fun there, but we had to ask some people that were outside walking around. This was really a fantastic place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home while on vacation.

We atayed her for 3 nights at the end of our 3 week road trip around the south west. We arrived mid evening and found the place easily about a 5 minute drive out of Moab centre. We could not believe how quiet and peaceful it was. This house is at the end of the cul de sac and nobody was next door so we were literally on out own with "neighbours" a20 metres across the cu de sac. The house was very spacious and spotless. It was great to find extra bits like dish washer liquid and washing powder already there. Our 2 daughters loved the large TV in the lounge and we loved taking an evening drink onto the master bedroom balcony. There was a beautiful view towards the red cliffs near to Southgate village and location wise it was great. There are plenty of faciilities nearby in town and yet we came back to our quiet retreat in the evening. We used the pool and jacuzzi one afternoon to cool off and we were the only ones there. It was like a private pool. A great place to stay, very much recommended.

Kitchen had everything you need to cook, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. After going rafting, four wheeling and hiking the washer and dryer were nice to have handy. There were plenty of towels and bed linens. Quiet neighborhood and pool. Close to town, but not in town.
