Take a little trip out the back gate and find yourself walking in the back door of the Flamingo Hilton or Harrahs or the Venetian and Sands expo. Or take the tram to any of the popular destinations all the way North to the Sahara Hotel, where you can ride the roller coaster, or all the way south to the MGM Grand & NYNY. Howard Hughes Center next door to the East with restaurants like Mortons and Lawry's and many more. Want a little gambling but don't want to walk much. Why the Owner Chose Meridian
We originally had something else in mind for this property, but everything happens for a reason right. We love the location, I personally think for someone visiting Vegas it is the best location in town. Its extremely close to the strip, and right next door to restaurant alley and the hughes center. The access to Flamingo Hilton, Harrahs, Venetian and Wynn through the back are second to none! Plus its kind of hidden, nestled in there in the midst of the city. I lived here since I was nine years old, and I never even noticed it there before we looked at it the first time to buy it!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our unit is located on the top floor (4th floor). It has vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. It overlooks the tennis courts, and views the main pool. You can see some of the properties on the strip from the front. I love the way it is decorated, its very comfortable. It has a granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and maple cabinets. Its a beautiful unit. Its way better than a hotel room and the property is better too. With two beautiful pools, jacuzzis, sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, raquetball court, basketball court, business office, club house, BBQ pit. It's never crowded. Ample parking, both above ground and underground. Its just a great place in my opinion.

Rich and Sandy, we both are in sales. We love vacations! We have an 18 year old son, and two black labs. We have lived in Las Vegas most of our lives and really don't want to be anywhere else.(Except vacation of course)
