Our two-room cabin is minutes away from everything - beaches, wineries, diving, hikes, Mendocino, breweries, good food - but relaxing and fun.
The decor is entirely unique and reflects our love of everything vintage, salvage, rehabbed, and recycled. You'll find fifties fabrics, old Viewmasters, your favorite childhood games and puzzles, badminton, croquet, funky lamps, and so much more. A little bit kitsch, a little bit retro, a lot comfy and always quality. Definitely NOT one of those cabins decorated in cast-off 80s furniture!
Add super-comfy beds (one king, one queen), a sweet hot tub in the woods (shared with our other cabins on the property), and weekend happy hours, and you've got a mighty fine getaway.
Plus, we think your pets are swell, so bring 'em along! We won "Beast of the Bay" for our unmatched pet amenities, like treats, space to play, special bedding, and have five acres of meadow and woods for playing.
Autumn is just about the prettiest time here at the end of the world. Sunny days, starry nights, crisp fall air - and off-season rates, too. Hikes on the headlands and nights by the fire have never been sweeter. Spend your day hiking, kayaking, fishing, whale watching, wine tasting - and then come home to a perfect nest that reminds you of vacations long ago. Curl up with our outstanding dvd collection (more than 1,500 movies to choose from!).
SPECIFICS:
The cabin has two rooms - one room has a king bed, small sitting area, kitchenette (two burner stove, fridge, sink, stocked with basics), bathroom, television/dvd player, and fireplace and the other room has a queen bed, bathroom, television/dvd player, and elec fireplace. Enjoy a private deck with BBQ overlooking the meadow and glimpses of the ocean beyond. Other cabins are located on the property, but you'll still find this cabin to be quiet and private.
