You can take a short stroll to the store or a 10 minute walk to the town square and the main town beach.
Sayulita is not a mega resort, but a small Mexican coastal village that is populated with a high percentage of northerners who keep vacation or seasonal residences in this gem of a town. Sayulita is caught between the sleepy and not-so-sleepy little Mexican town. The town works hard to keep its local charm yet provide the traveler with the comfort that one only hopes for. While surfing is one attraction, we appreciate the family-centric traditional Mexican atmosphere and with a blend of Canadio-Californian hippishness. Why the Owner Chose Sayulita
We enjoy latin/spanish culture and of course the lovely warmth of the beautiful beaches. Surfing is a great family sport and several breaks are minutes walk from the house. "Planned serendipity" had a lot to do with our family buying this quiet sunny house.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy the short walk to the beach and the sunny morning or evenings on the various porches. The outside shower is a kick but most of all the view from the roof and enjoying the cool daybreeze!
Casa Renato, 3 minutes walk from north beach. Street Name is Rosalio (but not commonly known as such) To get there, walk north past the school take first right (sort of a "Y" interection, go one block
Central town Plaza. Hang out around 8 or 9 in evening after dinner to check out the locals and tourists. Lots of little bars or restaurants
Authentic local fish dishes ..usually good not expensive.
Decent restaurant more on western lines. Good for family gathering.
Pretty good fishing guides. have seen them drag in alot of sailfish or swordfish
Mellow usually as far as people. Watch carefully at low tide as there is often a rip that sucks people out to sea. If you are unfortunate just let it carry you do not panic and wave for help. Or afte
