This home is located right in the middle of Hilton Head Island and therefore has quick access to all of the Island's offerings. If you're planning a large gathering with friends or family this is the ideal home! It will allow you to share the company of a lot of people but offer areas to relax and be alone. The home is directly across from the beach path that leads you to the beach within a few minute walk. Also, there are public tennis courts, a park and playground amenities just a short bike ride or walk away.
The house is three floors above two garages. The kitchen, dining area and living room are all situated in the front of the house and allow a view of the private pool, spa, and pool deck. The kitchen has a gas cook top, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is seating for 12 around the table and 5 more around the kitchen bar. In the living room the cocktail table has 4 pull-out stools for additional seating and you can find seating on the pool deck too! The living room has a fireplace, large plasma TV, DVD and VHS players and a stereo system. Toward the back of the first floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, a large laundry room with full capacity washer and dryer, and a half bath.
The second floor has three bedrooms each with their own private baths, TV's and DVD players. The first bedroom is a master suite with a large sitting area and private covered balcony overlooking the pool below. The second bedroom has a single queen bed and the third bedroom has two queen beds. There is a private side balcony on this floor also.
The third floor has two bedrooms. The first has a king size bed and the other has three twin beds with a trundle under one of the beds. All bedrooms have private baths. This floor also has a side balcony for a quiet escape. The club room is also located on this floor. It is ideal for another gathering spot. It has it's own half bath, bar area, small kitchen, private balcony, large plasma TV and a pull out queen sofa.
This is a newly constructed home(2006), beautifully decorated with wonderful amenities in a tranquil location. You won't be disappointed!
