Beautifully decorated, new beach house. A five minute walk to the ocean. Comfortable, home away from home, feeling. This home was completed in October of 2008, and has never been previously rented, so the condition is immaculate.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker. Cookware, dinnerware, utensils and glassware are supplied. The dining area seats six. Upper level deck has a dining table which also seats six. The master bedroom has a queen bed guest bedroom full bed.
The living room has a sturdy and exceptionally comfortable full size futon (which sleeps 2) and a matching chair, which is a child size futon (sleeps a small child). There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and each bedroom also has television. Each of the two bathrooms has a stall shower. There is also an enclosed shower outdoors with hot and cold water. There is a sitting area on the ground level. Just bring your towels and linens and you are all set.

Owners have been advised by Ocean Lakes Administration to strictly screen all inquiries. A fine will be imposed if Horry Couty Police is called to our rental site for any misconduct such as house parties,drunkenness loud noise,vulgar language any arrested or any eviction that takes place.Ocean Lakes is & will remain a family campground
