This charming Cayucos beach house is very open, light, airy and spacious. The double French doors and large, sunny, warm deck off the living room make it easy to bring the outside in and a perfect place to spend an afternoon of sunbathing. The hardwood floors help create the beach atmosphere that you are looking for.

The green, grassy attractive backyard with the large wood deck is another great area to hang out while barbequing with friends and family. The master bedroom has a lovely view of the ocean enhanced by a lovely balcony.

The house is 1 1/2 blocks from the pacific ocean which has easy public access. The downtown area and pier is an easy 15 minute walk where one can find antique stores, shops and several delicious restaurants.

Cayucos is a small, mellow beachside town that cannot be only experienced one time, once you spend some time there in this lovely home, you will want to return again and again. It is the perfect getaway for complete rest, romance, recreation and incredible sunsets.

Dogs may be allowed with prior owner approval.

  • Our family stayed at this very comfortable house for 5 days in July. The house was very comfortable and the location was perfect. The ocean view was lovely and we rode our bikes to town. The beach was also an easy walk. The owner was very easy to deal with and the neighbors were friendly! We would stay again!

  • We stayed at the house over the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time. The house has everything you need and is very close to beach access. We will stay there again when we get the chance.

  • We were very comfortable in this house. Everything you need is included and the location is great! It is just a short walking distance to town or to the beach. There are three outside sitting areas to enjoy the outdoors with flowering plants all around. We enjoyed spending our anniversary here.
