This amazing second floor property sits on the edge of Venetian Bay with a full time breath taking water view. Please click on our “Virtual Tour” link mid page. It is also located in Park Shore, one of the most desired neighborhoods in Naples, West of 41. Park Shore also has its own Park Shore residents’ beach which you will have full access to during your stay.
This beautifully, and newly furnished condo is 2,000 square feet, has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and boasts of an open, spacious and airy floor plan. The condo has been fully renovated with new kitchen, new appliances, new washer and dryer (in the unit!), new decorator ceiling fans (some with remote controls) and Wireless Internet access throughout our condo.
All the bedrooms are luxurious and newly furnished. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, window viewing the bay, designer ceiling fan with remote, huge walk-in closet (bring all your clothes if you need to!) two sinks and huge shower.
The guest bedroom also boasts a king sized bed (we said, why skimp? Guests should sleep comfortably too!), large window, ceiling fan, small desk to put your wireless laptop, large walk-in closet, private, attached bathroom with sink, toilet and huge shower.
Bedroom three is ideal for children as it is set up with two new twin beds. Have the grandchildren share your good fortune! This bedroom has a large window; black out curtains, nautical designer ceiling fan and with a pocket door can be closed off to allow for private walks to the bathroom. This condo has three master bedrooms!!! All three bedrooms are very large. Bathroom three has a tub and shower combo, sink, and toilet.
Our condo is located in the Piedmont Club, which is a pristine, 19 unit, two-story complex. We have a very nice HEATED pool overlooking the bay with newly renovated stamped concrete. Sit by the pool and watch dolphins chasing schools of fish, boats coming and going…the pool really is on the edge of the bay! We also have a covered parking area.
You will have a four-minute stroll across the bridge, just past Village on Venetian Bay to the Park Shore residents’ beach. To be exact your private beach is four tenths of a mile from our parking area. Go to the beach and have the sand tickle your toes, worship the sun, look for shells or pack a picnic basket in the evening and toast with your favorite drink as the sun sets! People are doing it all the time, it should be you there too.
For your convenience of living, you are really close to a Publix grocery store, Walgreen’s, several banks, Fresh Market, Kmart, Devoe Cadillac, post office/UPS store, a Citgo gas station ALL WITHOUT having to drive north or south on 41 (Tamiami Trail). You are very close to the world famous Mel’s Diner, USS Nemo, Bayfront, Village on Venetian Bay (Cloyde’s Steak House and Lobster) and Brio’s. In fact, you can travel south and make it all the way to 5th Avenue shopping and upscale eateries and 3rd Street/Gallery Row WITHOUT driving on 41. Simply take Crayton to Mooring Line, to Gulf Shore Blvd. YOU have easy access to all Naples has to offer, even in the busy season!
Waterside Shops are just a few blocks to our north. Escape for a few hours at this outdoor mall with breathtaking landscape, live music, and fashion! Stores include Saks and Nordstrom are the anchor stores and you can shop the boutiques/chains that include Ralph Lauren, Crabtree & Evelyn, Unisa, Lacoste, The Beach House, Coach, and plenty more.
