About the owner: Mark and Leyla lived in Telluride from 1990 to 2000, and then moved back in 2004 to create the non-profit Blue Planet Run to raise money for safe drinking water projects. Since moving to Boulder, they have rented their house.

We bought this home to live in. It is one of the nicest neighborhoods in town for family living - quiet, yet close. Jud Weibe Trail borders the lot and Cornet Falls is a fifteen minute hike. Telluride will always feel like home to us.
