Seven bedroom, seven bathroom (five bedrooms with king or queen beds plus two rooms converted into bedrooms each with two queen beds, five full baths and two half baths) home located on the 13th hole of the Oconee golf course in Reynold’s Plantation.
This is a massive home built in 2008 with a game room including a tournament nine foot pool table, solid wood foosball table, Viking grill, x box with rock band and instruments, multiple decks, beautiful view, two kitchens, two fireplaces, gourmet kitchen, three dining areas and more!
This is a luxury, non-smoking home available at a fraction of its value due to the economy. Last minute deals available if we are unoccupied. We'd rather give you a deal than leave it empty.
The home is walking distance from the Ritz Carlton and all of their amenities.
Multiple 60 inch plasma TVs are in the house. There's high-speed wifi and everything you would expect a home like this to offer. This house should rent for 3000 per night but we are shooting for maximum occupancy and offer it for a mere fraction of that.
For an extra fee, we have a tournament Ski Natique wake board boat, 70 mph Sea Doos, bikes, golf clubs and more available. We can even arrange private fishing, hunting or horseback riding trips. Babysitters are also available upon request!

Why the Owner Chose Greensboro
I bought a home in Reynold's Plantation on Lake Oconee because the entire area is nice. Some lakes, like Lake Laneer, have nice homes on them but trailer parks across the street. All of Reynold's and the surrounding area feels like a resort. There are great restaurants all around. It's simply a better quality of life than other weekend jots from Atlanta offer.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The biggest benefit to the property would be its size. If you like your space, this house is for you. I'm also always upgrading the amenities and furniture. I spend all of the funds generated through VRBO on the house itself. It really is a luxury home.
This is the 13th green of the Oconee course which is the Ritz Carlton course that anyone can play. It's a 220 yard par 3 from the pro tees.

I'm in the Internet business and travel frequently. I originally bought this house because I thought I would use it all the time but honestly, I'm either working or travelling. While I still go there often when it isn't rented, we put it in VRBO as a business decision to recoup some of the expenses the home generates, which are substantial.
My company is only one hour away in Atlanta and anyone on my staff can and will be available to you if you need assistance.

Thanksgiving Gathering

My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this property. There was more than enough room to accommodate all of us. The room over the garage was perfect for the teenagers who wanted nothing to do with the older crowd. The game room area downstairs was where the men spent most of their time. The walking trails were so peaceful. Each morning at least four of us set out in our own direction to take in the beautiful scenery. I always managed to end up down by the lake. It is quite beautiful first thing in the morning. Since the back of the house faces the golf course, it was not unusual to wake up to golfers in your back yard. I am not a golfer myself, but my brother, aunt and uncle were quite pleased with the location. The only down side to my stay was the noise that can be heard in the master bedroom. I don’t know exactly where it was coming from, but it literally sound like marbles being rolled down steps followed by loud dripping noise. It is not very noticeable during the day because people are moving about, but during the night it is quite loud. Overall the home itself is very nice, and very well kept. I would stay here again provided the noise in the master bedroom is addressed.

We rented this beautiful home for a wedding weekend at Lake Oconee. Everything about the house was as described, the photos were accurate, the property was clean and well maintained. Every email was prompt and all transactions were as easy as could be. I highly recommend dealing with these professional owners and staying in this lovely home when at Lake Oconee.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

We rented this property as an "overflow" house for our extended family to stay during our wedding week. Having our main house quite nearby in Reynolds, we were able to appreciate the fantastic value in this lovely home on Swift Creek. We utilized the home to its capacity for our adult children and their families, and it could not have worked out any better. Although the rooms were all full, and the meals were all done together, there was never a feeling of being overcrowded. The adults in particular enjoyed a lot of "deck time" including using the grill while the little ones frollicked about in the yard. Everyone "enjoyed" seeing the multiple golfers struggle to get out of the extensive sandtraps on the par-3 out back! The check in / out was hassle free and very pleasant, and the deposit was promptly returned. Not that we are planning a wedding any time soon again, but we sure would consider this home for any group event up at Reynolds. And so should you!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

First off - the House is absolutely amazing. The kitchen is Huge. Our caterer used it and said it was perfect for her needs. My guests, 12 people (myself, another guy, and 5 couples) all had a blast. The outside balcony/desk was where we spent our nights. The TV was great to watch the games. The bedrooms are perfect. Everyone commented on how great they slept. The upstairs (above the garage) room with the two twins beds was perfect for the two guys without dates. The Master bedroom was ideal for a house like this one. However, almost all the rooms could have been Masters. Everyone I spoke with was great. Very helpful and accommodating. Adam, the guy who maintains the property, gave us a tour, answered all our questions, and was awesome to work with. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone. It can slept a ton of people, however, no one felt cramped. The one thing I must mention is that the deposit will be refunded via Paypal. Although the fee Paypal charges is small - it is taken out on your end. The owners may want to reconsider how they issue this back to people as a check would have been perfectly fine by me. Again, a very minor and nominal detail, but wanted to make everyone aware. Would this stop me from staying again? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! - I want to plan another trip now.....BOOK THIS HOUSE IF YOU ARE IN THE LAKE OCONEE AREA!!
