Fall Special 3 nights only $395! This condo home is ideally situated on the white sands of Florida's most family friendly beach. Unlike many beach condos, which have equal or larger buildings on three or four sides, ours affords you that priceless "elbow room" feeling. On our west, the glorious Gulf of Mexico, to the east, the quaint 12th Avenue Park, to the south a small public parking space (perfect if you have extra guests for a day at the beach) and on the north, one of IRB's original beach cottages. Just one of four units, our condo has everything you and your family will need to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect.
Just one flight of stairs leads you from our covered parking, pool and deck areas, into the unit where you'll lay eyes on the breath taking views upon opening the front door.
The large master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and twin futon love seat, plus its own cable TV, walk in closet and private bath with shower and twin vanities. A warm color palette inspired by the Tommy Bahama linens and palm trees visible in every window make this spot a calming retreat.
Down the hall you'll pass the 2nd bath and laundry closet, which houses brand new full size front load machines, on your way to the second bedroom. Smaller but equally comfortable, this bedroom will comfortably accommodate 4, with a full size bed, set of twin bunks, six drawer chest and ample closet.
The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and every cooking instrument you could need. Don't worry though, you'll be within walking distance of many charming and award winning restaurants if you don't want to spend your vacation cooking! Grilling poolside is also an option!
The dining area and family room are inviting and comfortable, furnished with a custom made farm style pine table and Pier One chairs and stools. Two full size futon sofas are casual and cozy, plus great extra bedding should you need them. These areas and the long hallway are equipped with lighting dimmers providing soft, warm lighting during your relaxing evenings.
