This renovated turn-of the-century farmhouse is on 3 acres of grass with fruit trees.
You can sit on the front porch of the house which is located on a high ridge with unrestricted mountain views and enjoy the summer breezes. There are working farms all around with cows, horses, and crops. The property is located on a lightly traveled road that dead ends in 2 miles on the Yough Lake, which is 25 miles long. There are 3 bikes available, but no helmets provided. A separate 100 year old Smokehouse has been converted into a unique bar with a pot-bellied stove. There is an outdoor fire pit and a stone grill. The side porch has a sun room with a 2 person hot tub. For the winter we are near the Wisp ski area (8 miles), as well as many cross-country ski areas. We have 2 cross-country ski (Male - size 10 1/2 shoe, female - size 7 1/2 shoe) sets, as well as a great plastic tobaggan sled.
