Welcome to our cozy 1560 sq. ft. home in Beautiful So. Lake Tahoe.
We are located less than a mile to Ski Run Blvd and only 1 more mile up the hill to the Heavenly Ski area parking lot. We are 2 miles from the Casino's (short taxi ride) and 1 1/2 miles to the lake. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of this mountain home. The Master bedroom has a four poster King w/private bath, flat screen TV, the second room has a four poster Queen w/TV VCR and the 3rd room has (2) twin beds w/25 inch TV, VCR, DVD, Sega with various games. There is (1) roll-a-way and a twin hide-a-bed. The living room has a fire place, L-shaped couch and 25 inch TV w/VCR/DVD player and various movies. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make a mountain home meal. Weber BBQ on the rear deck w/utensils also a patio table and umbrella and lounge chairs and don't forget the HOT TUB. To keep the SNOW off your car, you can park it in the 2-car garage.
All you have to do now, is enjoy.

Welcome to our home (John and Krista),
We have owned this home for the past 2 years and really enjoy our time in Tahoe.
We enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, all the art's and crafts events during the summer months, golfing and indoor and outdoor concerts. There's just too many things to do to list, It seems like there is always something to do.. I hope you can come up and share the same experiences as we do.

Just stayed at John's place with several friends for a ski weekend. The house was spacious and clean, and is in a great central location for getting around the entire Tahoe area. We skied Alpine Meadows and Kirkwood (both are about 45 minutes from the home in South Lake Tahoe), and spent a bit of time at the casinos one night as well. Cab ride to/from the casinos was only about $15 - call Margie, whose number is on the fridge. Kitchen is well equipped, and the hot tub was very relaxing after the blizzard of a day we had at Alpine. Beds were comfortable, and the entire place was actually much more spacious than we had imagined. John responds quickly and was very accommodating as well, especially considering we planned this last minute. He even managed to get the driveway cleared on short notice, which was great considering several feet of snow had been dumped that week. Thanks for a great stay - wish we could have been there longer!
Owner response:Krista and I welcome and cater to those looking for a nice accomodation, very centrally located in the Lake Tahoe Basin. We are close to all major attractions including skiing, casino play, the beach, golf, etc. But, we are also far enough away from all of the major traffic to provide a relaxing, pieceful environment in a neighborhood of mostly full time residents.
