This home is in one of the prime locations of the park. It is one of only a few homes that have an incredible back deck just waiting for you and your family to cook out or have your friends over for a great time....all with a view of the ocean. The back lower deck is over 24 feet wide and over 30 feet long. Plenty of room for laying out and relaxing.
Nice kitchen with tile countertops and fully furnished with everything you need if you plan to cook. New table that seats 6.
Comfortable den furniture, two recliners and TV...sit in the den and watch the waves.
Downstairs is a queen bedroom with access to the back deck and there is a full bathroom also.
Upstairs you will find two queen bedrooms and access to the upper deck with an incredible ocean view. There are two additional bathrooms upstairs also.
The other side of the house has a queen bedroom with access to a back private deck and an area with bunk beds. This room has a TV also.
Outside shower with hot and cold water. Large area under the house.... plenty of room for parking for up to 5 cars.
