This 4BR/ 4BA very private, lushly landscaped Sea Pines ocean front home with spectacular ocean and pool* and spa* views is a great choice for a vacation get-a-way. The property has a screened in porch with overhead fan and a foosball table. Outside there are loads of chairs and tables, a hammock and a fire caldron near the path to the beach.
The large great room has an "L" shaped sectional, two more love seats, four more cushioned swivel and rocking chairs, armoire with TV, DVD and VCR and small desk with DSL internet hookup. The dining area has a glass topped table that seats eight and a pineapple chandelier. The kitchen with all white appliances has Pergo floors, a center island and includes a view of the ocean.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with views of the ocean and pool. The room has a king bed and TV and DVD player. The bath has dual sinks and a rain shower. The second bedroom, also on this floor, has two twin beds and TV. There is a hall bath with combination shower and tub, which is available for guests staying in the den equipped with sleeper sofa and TV and VCR.
The second floor has another master bedroom with king bed and TV and VCR. The bath has a combination shower and tub. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a crib, as well as a TV. The bath also has a shower and tub. (Please bring your own sheets for the crib.)
*Pool and or Spa may be heated upon request for an additional charge with two weeks advance notice.
