  Who can complain when the view is wonderful and the weather is perfect. The condo is exactly as advertised. The staff were helpful and kept the facility clean and presentable. The owner responded to all questions and queries within hours of my emails. I recommend this condo to any vacationer who likes to enjoy the restaurants in the area and they are plentiful and range from "outa sight" to anybody can afford and enjoy this.

  Stayed at this location with my family and throughly enjoyed everything with this condo. From the first view when you walked in condo, you know that this is going to be one of the best vacation ever. The condo was spotless, everything is there for your use. The complex is very quiet and security is there 24-7. Everyone was very helpful with any inquires and questions you my have. Norma the building manager speaks prefect english. The maid Marie is the best I have ever seen. The walk down to the beach is easy but the hike back can be trying in the heat. Just take the long way back and enjoy the spectacular views. I work for an airline and have stayed at number of places around the world and this was the best ever. High recommend this property to anyone that wants to enjoy everything that ZIH has to offer. Can't wait to go back and to stay at Shell's property.

  The owners pictures and description of this condo does not really do it justice, although it is all that is described, it is much, much more. Pretty much total privacy and total security gives one the feeling that all is well with the world, the view is just wonderful, the bay is always busy with all types of water craft during the day, and quiet and peaceful, with an unobstructed view of the heavens and the the lights of the surrounding area at night, it is just magical. The whole complex is kept spotless and an on duty staff, 24/7 is always helpful and friendly, couldn't ask for better. The condo itself is beautifully laid out and completely furnished. We loved our stay there and highly recommend this condo.

  We stayed at Preciosa on the Bay for just about a month, April 11-May 10th. We absolutely loved it! the view from the patio kept us busy from early morning until sunset( which was everynight!) we would have our breakfast on the patio, walk down to the beach every day ( via the road just beside Casa Que Canta) and stay down all day. Walking back up to the condo and jumping into the pool late in the day seemed to be our everyday routine. We either would eat in the condo or frequent the many restaurants within walking distance( which there are many!) It was quiet and absolutely the condo or hotel with the best view ever. Taxis are everywhere and no matter where you wanted to go, it was 300 peso ( $3). We shopped at the Commercial Mexicana for everything. We were told that the butcher there was great and was it ever! we got 2 inch steaks, porkchops and chicken ( organic) everything you needed was there, including beer, wine and spirits (cheaper than duty free too!) The condo was beautifully furnished inside and out, huge comfortable king size beds, full size fridge with freezer and gas stove. Only thing we would have loved to have was a barbecue outside, but the stove top grill worked just fine. Security 24/7 was nice to have, we got to know them and they were always happy to help you with groceries up and down the stairs and bring water. We would go back there in a minute!

  The condo was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Everything was great. We spent the mornings and the evenings on the terrace just enjoying the view. It was breathtaking. The condo was very clean and maintained. We had five adults, one of which was disabled. We had no problem with the access to the condo or within the condo. The condo was tastefully decorated and we found many of the essentials we needed in the kitchen. The air conditioning worked great and we even had cable tv and internet access. We spent the days at the tides resort beach. The beds were a little firm, but after a day of swimming in the ocean and a night of dancing in town you were so tired it didnt matter. We found a lot of great restaurants and had a fun time in town and at the market. We ended up renting a car instead of using the taxi and it worked out really well for us and we had free parking at the condo. We especially felt safe knowing the condo facility had a security guard. We were coming and going at all hours and someone was always there. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone planning on going to zihua. And we all would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat.

  Just stayed here with my mother and sister for Christmas week and it was absolutely fantastic - exactly as shown in the photos. The view of La Ropa beach and the bay is magnificent and everything in the unit is clean, modern and very tasteful, and the A/C units chill it out perfectly. The infinity pool is a cool oasis after a hot day at the beach. We loved each having our own bedroom & bathroom (!) but you could certainly have two couples and a single or older child(ren) here with no problem. The terrace is large (with a bar!) and the fans and sun-shades provided are a nice touch that came in handy. Although there's an elevator in the building, the location is at the top of a large hill and there are some steep stairs - my mother, who is older and has knee problems, needed a taxi even for short trips to/from the beach, but taxis are ALWAYS available within minutes. Unfortunately the hotels across the street do not let you use their stairs/beach access, so you have to walk down/up the road to/from the beach (10 min walk). Otherwise, it's an ideal unit for most, and we hope to stay here again.

The payment will be applied towards the total Rental fee. The balance of the Rental fee $USD plus a security deposit of $250.00USD is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. The security deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of departure provided no damage is done to the unit or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. The rental party is responsible to pay for losses, breakage or damage should such occur.
