Our condo, #14, at Sea Shells of Sanibel is one of the best values on Sanibel and it’s only a 3 minute walk from our condo to the beach. We have tried to make our condo meet your every need and desire. The condo is decorated in a beach cottage theme. We have just "freshened up" the condo with new paint and carpeting in Sept. '09. Both the bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans to help keep you cool and there's always the air conditioning if it gets too hot outside. Our open-plan kitchen, complete with custom cabinetry and granite counter tops, is fully equipped should you decide to dine in. A new king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room allow our condo to accommodate up to six people. We have an air bed in the linen closest and a roll away which will fit in either of the bedrooms. Our unit is one of the closest to the beach. We have beach chairs, towels, and umbrella and a cart to take it all to that perfect spot.
Our condo complex is small and quiet, only 44 units, with onsite management, a heated pool, shuffleboard, tennis, BBQ area, and coin-op laundry, all available to you. All of the condos have wi-fi and cable tv and there is a computer/printer available 24/7 in the office. Our West Gulf Drive location is convenient to great restaurants at every price point, unique shops and boutiques, beautiful shelling beaches, bicycle paths, (you can rent bikes at the complex’s office), wildlife refuge, kayak & canoe rentals, and the Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum. The island also offers boating and fishing and for golfers there are several courses on the island.
We have tried to think of everything to make your time on Sanibel as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Hopefully we have succeeded and you’ll be anxious to return again and again.
