  • Just returned a couple of days ago, it was just me and my fiance and we loved the condo and the area.Very nice family spot, close to everything, and the condo was very nice,and clean. Beach was wonderful condo had everything you needed. My only complaint was the key pad on the door did not work all the time to locka dn un lock seems like it is wearing out or something. But it was no big deal, it was are first time staying in a condo and we loved it will be back again next year.

  • The Feltner family of five enjoyed our awesome vacation in Destin, Fl. this year (May 08) at Tony and Colleen's condo! We had a great time at the beach and enjoyed the pools/hot tub. The kids loved the bunk beds and the condo was very clean. We highly recommend this condo and plan on staying again when in the Destin, Fl. area. Enjoy....

  • This was our third time staying at the Cook's Condo. This one was even more beautiful than the other condo they have. We love the location and all the amenities. Its like staying at your families house. We think of the Cook's as our Destin Family! They are always willing to answer questions and always very helpful. We never worry what to expect when we arrive. We know we will extremely pleased with our summer refuge. Even when hurricane Ivan ran us out we still enjoyed our few days of Destin Sun. We will be back again and again. Thanks Cooks for a wonderful stay!! See ya next year!!

  • We have stayed at the Cook's condo a couple of times and it is great. The unit is very nice and well cared for. The kitchen has everything you could imagine. The beach is across the street but less than 100 yards from the front door to the water. Beach is great and not ever too crowded. The Cooks are great folks and we usually rent from them each year. One year their unit was rented the week we wanted and Tony found us the unit next to them. Thanks Tony! Rick and Karen Barber

  • Hi Tony and Colleen, Well.... I have been forced to return to reality. Obviously, Eric and I had a "GREAT" time!! The weather held out for us too! Your condo if VERY nice and clean! Perfect size for even just two. Well worth the cost. Thanks for leaving the umbrella and matts, even though we didn't use them much.... we got the look we wanted....typical tourist. HA! We never made it out to eat at Old Bay or Dave's, isn't that terrible?! Cooked a few times at the condo. We were more into doing "NOTHING" once we arrived. We hung out at the pool and the hot tub most every evening. Very relaxing after a hard day at the beach. We met a lot of people while we were there. One couple that lives in our town. We went double parasailing and deep sea fishing. I didn't catch anything but Eric caught a Mackerel. After we got back to Harborwalk, they filleted everyone's fish and split it between 6 people. We took our fish to A.J.'s and had them prepare it there. From what I remember, it was very good! We did alot of walking while on the beach, stopped and talked with alot of people. Played horse shoes with people staying in the homes on the beach, watched kids build sand castles and play frisby. Too much fun!!! The only thing I could think of that I would've wanted, was a Cabana Boy. (about 40) AAAAHHHH! Thank you again for your hospitality and working with us on our first, (but not last) trip to your condo in Destin.

  • We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated condo. The pool was just ouside our door and the beach was a few short steps away. Our children enjoyed the bunk beds and the lady who took care of all of our needs while we were there was wonderful. The Cook's treated us just like family. We'll be back again and again!!!

  • My friends and I stayed in this condo last spring break. I loved it. There was plenty of room and a nice atmosphere. We hope to stay there again this spring break. We each bought a dinner to cook. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pools. The beach was really great. I really loved how nice the owners were. They were really nice and we loved talking to them. I hope everyone has had such a great stay as we did.

  • The vacation was really nice, except for the rain; however, we witnessed our first water spout out of the ocean and that was really neat. July 4th on the beach was perfect, as well. Our oldest enjoyed shooting his own fireworks as they are not allowed within our city limits. The condominium was a perfect size for us. It was quiet with lots of other families, so our oldest was kept quite busy! It was very clean when we arrived, and we thank you for the chair/umbrella rental.
