Our large gourmet kitchen overlooks a fabulous scenic view of water, three mountains and the city lights. This is a large kitchen with a six burner gas Viking range,6 appliances, daily china, stemware, linen, and formal dining china. The kitchen opens up onto a large deck c/w Weber Gas barbeque and Restoration Hardware furniture for outside dining and relaxation.
Original oak Hardwood floors throughout the house ensure a healthy dust free environment.
Our gardens are exceptional, large flower beds, Magnolia trees, manicured lawns, plus a 7 Ft. water fountain. Our viewing bench offers an excellent spot for morning coffee.
Our expansive master bedroom features a king size bed, fine linen and top line bedding. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a large jacuzzi bath tub, surround sound music, magnificent view of the city, PLUS a fireplace. The house comfortably sleeps 6 with a king size bed and 2 queen size beds, all bedding is of exceptional quality thus ensuring a good nights sleep.
All lighting is completely adjustable to your liking and we have surround sound for your listening pleasure.

Why the Owner Chose West Point Grey
Vancouver (Pt. Grey) is a fabulous healthy place to live, close to sandy beaches, golf courses, tennis courts, University of British Columbia and the Downtown core. We live an active lifestyle but we also wanted to be within minutes of some great restaurants, funky streets, excellent shopping, and live theater. Here we have it all. Our grandchildren love the beaches, we love the fresh air and guests are to be able to go fishing, shopping, relax, or just enjoy the sights.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our view is spectacular. Our main view is three snow capped mountains, the lights of the city, the west side of Stanley Park and the outer harbour. The house is located within 5 minutes of Kitsilano Beach,Jericho Beach and 15 minutes from downtown and Stanley Park. Minutes to public transportation.
Acres and acres of well marked hiking, walking and riding trails that meander through the woods, valleys and trails.
University golf course is a great tree lined 18 hole course located 10 minutes from the house. There are 5 public courses located with 30 minutes and numerous mountain courses for all skill levels.

Vancouver is vibrant, the restaurants are great, and the choices of things to do are endless. Vancouver has consistently been chosen as one of the top cities in the world to live in and for very good reasons. Our little Norwegian family lived in the garden suite in this house for 6 months, spring 2011. It was the perfect place to live. The suite hade everything we needed, excellent standard, a beautifull garden - perfect for kids, a great location to down town/parks/playgrounds/UBC/Vancouver General hospital and extremely kind landlords. Brian and Kelly helped us out when we planned our arrival from Norway.

My partner and I rented the main floor of the house for six months. The area in which the house is located is quiet and leafy yet within ten minutes easy walk of literally dozens of local restaurants and bars. The house itself is well decorated, spotlessly clean and, due to its raised elevation, enjoys a superb outlook over the city and mountains. Kelly and Brian, the owners, were extremely gracious hosts and a useful source of great advice on restaurants, sightseeing and even - when we finally bought our own place - helped find us a first rate interior decorator ! Highly recommended.

Your house is beautiful and fabulous and has all the amenities and comforts that we needed. In a true sense it's a "home away from home". Especially the grand master bedroom, with its decor and everything in it, was the perfect backdrop for our daughter's wedding photo shoot as she was getting ready that Saturday morning, Sept. 5th. We could have used your breathtaking front & back landscaped garden for some family pictures, but unfortunately it was raining. Nevertheless, we enjoyed it the rest of the week. Brian & Kelly, your kindness and attentiveness to our needs are truly appreciated. Thank you very much. Hello Brian & Kelly, Our journey home was bittersweet after our fabulous family cruise vacation. Our week's stay at you fabulous property in Vancouver was the icing on the cake. With the large party of friends, family in our party, your place was perfect. It was so much more than we were expecting. The landscaping in the garden was breathtaking, such a cool, calm setting for relaxation. The views of the city and bay were fantastic making the fireworks display, an added bonus. The gourmet kitchen and grill received an excellent rating from our personal chefs, Taylor and Taylor. I am recommending it to anyone I know who is planning to visit Vancouver.

Having a big family crowd of 9, this house is just extraordinary nice and comfortable to live in. Once we arrived at the place, we were so pleased by the exterior, flowers and gardens, they are just beautiful. With Brian's friendly welcome at the door, show us around the house, besides amazed and "wow" from inside of our heart (trying not to embarrass ourselves), this house is just huge, neat and nice. The Vancouver downtown view is just perfect for us to witness the fireworks competition. The first two days in the house was a little warm due to the heat in Vancouver, perhaps some temporary fans would be good. But how often do Canada have such a heat, the remaining days of the stay were just so comfortable when the weather cold down a little bit. Functional kitchen, barbeque, equipped with everything that you need. Wifi and cable TV, and lots of interesting books on the shelves, I can easily occupied myself living in there. With the money that we pay, it is beyond our expectation and way better than staying in the hotel. All my family members enjoyed so much staying in the house and I am so glad that they all had a wonderful vacation in Canada, leaving with so much sweet fun memories. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Hi Brian and Kelly We had a wonderful time in Vancouver and your home was fabulous. The house is at perfect location, view was outstanding. Starting with your garden we could see how much love you invested in. The house was decorated to the small details with such a stile that we were amazed. Thank you very much for memorable time we had with our cousins and grandparents visiting us from Sarajevo (Bosnia). There were eleven of us all together with kids and the house was perfect size to accommodate all of us. We were especially amazed with your immediate response to all our needs during our stay.
