Brief Description: This brand new and comfortably appointed townhouse is the best of both worlds in Bozeman. It’s close enough to our historic downtown to bike or drive easily, but it sits right at the edge of town, with walking trails and great mountain views right there. Three of the four bedrooms have private patios or balconies, and The house is set up with great electronics, so if you want to relax at home you’re all set up! One thing that surprised us about this property is the high quality and handsome “rustic” details in the home’s construction. This is not your average townhouse.
Bedrooms and baths: Weeping Rock has three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The master bedroom, on the main floor, has a queen size log bed, 42” high definition plasma TV with DVD player, and a full private bathroom with two sinks a double-headed shower. The master bedroom also has double doors out to a back patio. The other two guest bedrooms are on the second level and share a full bathroom. The first guest room has a queen size log bed with a patchwork quilt and double doors to a very private balcony with a nice sitting area. The second bedroom has two twins, and in a handsome rustic armoire you’ll find a 16” TV and DVD player. This bedroom also has a private balcony and amazing views of the Bridger Mountain Range.
Kitchen: A beautiful open kitchen awaits you! The chef in your group will love the easy layout of the kitchen and the high quality, stainless steel KitchenAid and Cuisinart appliances, gas cook top, granite slab countertops and nice cookware and serving ware. There is a bar counter for chatting with the cook, and the dining table is just off to the side. There is also a gas barbecue for your outdoor grilling.
Dining area: There’s a dining table that will seat six comfortably. Just a few feet away is the kitchen bar, which seats four.
Living room: The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen, with a beautiful gas-fired rock fireplace and a 50” Panasonic HDTV with cable service and a DVD player. There is also a Bose 321 stereo system that is linked to the TV. Cozy leather couches are situated to enjoy the ambiance of the fireplace. The home is equipped with board games, plenty of books and a collection of 100 (really!) DVDs. Around the corner from the fireplace is a small wet bar area.
Setting, acreage, views: Weeping Rock Townhouse is within the very nicely done new Legends at Bridger Creek neighborhood at the edge of Bozeman. The developers did a great job linking the property into our community trail system (perfect for walking biking and even cross country skiing), and making it an attractive neighborhood. From the front of the house and from the second story balcony you’ll get super mountain views.
Activities nearby: Besides hiking, biking and skiing on “your” trails, you are just across the road from Bridger Creek Golf Course, the best public course in Bozeman. There is fishing on the nearby East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers, horseback riding, rafting, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and everything that the fun town of Bozeman has to offer.
Closest town and airport: You are 2 miles from Bozeman’s Main Street and a 15 minute drive from Bozeman’s Gallatin Field Airport.

Why the Owner Chose Bozeman
Mary enjoys many outdoor activities, hunting, fishing, golf, hiking... and the beauty of the mountains off his front deck. The proximity of the Bridger Creek Golf Course where he can hear tee times being called off in the mornings. And the proximity to Bridger Bowl Ski Resort which a short drive east of town. This property was the perfect location!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
It is a very quiet and peaceful home. Well insulated with radiant floor heating on both levels. Guests have to be careful adjusting the heat
because if you heat it up it can be difficult to cool down. Mark suggests using fireplace to control the heat in the home. There are LCD High definition TV's in four rooms with wireless internet connection throughout the home. Four separate outdoor decks for the home; downstairs with decks off the living room and master bedroom and upstairs with decks off both bedrooms. Hardwood flooring throughout many of the main rooms and wool carpeting for upstairs and all bedrooms. A double walk-in shower for the master bathroom with beautiful stone work. An upstairs desktop computer to support any work you need to get done while you are staying at the townhouse. A beautiful kitchen area with granite counter tops, and high end gas stove. The downstairs deck area also has a Weber gas grill to support your outdoor cooking needs.
Another great vacation rental managed by Mountain Home. The property will sleep up to 6 guests.
Winter guests at the Weeping Rock Townhouse will enjoy easy access to great skiing at Bridger Bowl.
