Beautiful 3BA/3BA condo--completely remodeled and updated with all the latest appointments. This gorgeous unit is located in a popular low-rise complex in the heart of Destin. This unit sleeps the most people in beds of all the three bedrooms available!
EVERYTHING in this spacious, corner unit is brand new. The upscale furnishings will make you feel like you are staying in a five star hotel! The kitchen has new granite, cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It is well equipped for you to prepare your fresh catch of the day.
There are 9' ceilings and gorgeous tile floors throughout the entire unit. The ocean view living and dining room each comfortably seats nine. Custom plantation shutters are found in every room and they slide out of the way when you want to enjoy the view of the sparkling, emerald waters.
The living area has a 42" flat panel television with DVD player. There is also a stereo system for your enjoyment.
The ocean front master has new decorator inspired furnishings and a flat panel television with DVD player.There is a clock radio with a docking station for your MP3 player. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. There is an additional twin bed with a twin trundle. This room also features a television with DVD player.
The third bedroom is actually a second master suite with a very large sleeping area, walk-in closet and private bath with a whirlpool tub. A 32" flat panel LCD television with DVD player and a clock radio with MP3 docking station is here for your enjoyment. This suite boasts a kitchenette with wet bar sink, mini-fridge and microwave for those midnight snacks and early morning coffee. There is a private ocean view balcony off the bedroom area.
All bedrooms and bathrooms feature new linens for your comfort.
There is an oversize, oceanfront balcony accessed from the living area complete with chairs and table. Watch the dolphins swim by while you enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
Beach service including chair/umbrella rental, and kayak/boogie board rental is available on the 380' of private, white sand beach. A new beach side exercise room is now available for the fitness buff in the family!
Many casual and fine dining restaurants can be found in Destin. Destin Commons is nearby and features restaurants, specialty stores and a RAVE movie theater. There are many championship golf courses and numerous vendors that offer deep sea fishing and water craft rental.

My family had a wonderful time on vacation in Destin staying in this condo. The listing was very accurate. We were amazed at how large the unit is and the balcony. The balcony furniture is so nice. The two master suites were just awesome. We had a 4 year old and a 1 year old with us and they had THE best time. The condo was perfect for our family. We had one of the master suites and my parents took the other one. We slept every night with the patio door open, so we could fall asleep to the waves crashing. The view is fantastic. Sterling Sands is a perfect condo complex if you are looking for a smaller, less crowded pool and beach. The condo itself had a few minor areas that needed repair, but the response was quick. They obviously take great pride in making sure that every guest is very satisfied. We really enjoyed this unit and will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much. One note: the third bedroom furniture is different from what is pictured when we stayed here. It is newer and really really nice. It is a full on full bunk bed and there was also a chair that pulled out to a sleeper.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
