The Monte Carlo luxury condominiums are the best value and location in Jaco Beach. We are ideally located in the center of town within steps to beach, shopping, restaurants, pharmacy, salon, supermarket, tours, discos, Beatles Bar, etc. You do not need a car here, you can walk everywhere. If you prefer a ride, a taxi pickup at the front gate to anywhere in town is $2.00 The property is an oasis of peace and tranquility in the heart of Jaco Beach. You will be surrounded with the sounds of the many exotic birds that visit the grounds daily as well as the soothing sound of beautiful fountains. The grounds of the condominiums are beautifully landscaped and include a huge pool with swim up bar, jacuzzi, and rancho area with grill and tables and chairs for your outdoor cooking. The condo is fully furnished and equipped for cooking. The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, laundry room, patio, and is 1400 square feet. The condo is finished to a high standard with granite counters in the kitchens and bathrooms, tile floors, GE stainless steel appliances, solid wood cabinetry, and recessed lighting throughout the apartment. In the Master bedroom there is a King size bed and master bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and guest bathroom with shower and tub. The living room and bedrooms have full size sliding glass doors that open up to the patio and lush landscaping. During the day the apartment is showered with natural sunlight, it feels like your living in the garden. Amenities here include free wireless internet, 24 hour manned security in gated complex, cable tv, air conditioning, in house washer and dryer, and concierge desk to arrange all tours and transportation.
Only a 10 minutes drive away is the Marriot Los Suenos Hotel and Marina. Here you can find charter boats to hire for all day fishing trips. Costa Rica is famous for it's great fishing. There is also a great golf course right on the property. Also within a 10 minute ride is Villa Caletas, a beautiful hotel and restaurant perched in a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. There is an outdoor amphitheater to view truly spectacular sunsets. An ideal romantic setting to have a cocktail with that special someone in your life, this place is world class beauty. Both of these locations are about a $10 cab ride away. Also directly across the street from the complex there is a great Dental clinic. The quality of the Dental care in Costa Rica is the same high standard as your home state. The only difference is that you will be paying about 1/3 of the price in the U.S. Right next door to the Dental clinic there is a Spanish language school just in case your interested in learning some Spanish while you are here. We stayed at the here for a month. It is a great place that is right in the middle of town and close to everything, including the beach and some terrific restaurants. It is 100% safe and the guys who run the place (Mike and Christian) are great people that will do anything to make you feel at home. This place is really first class all around! We would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7 days in March 2011. We both had high expectations due to the reviews that we had seen online. Let me tell you, this place met ALL of our expectations. We had a long day of travel and got in at about 1am and they were more than accommodating at this late hour. We had a rental car, and when we got to the condo the guard at the gate had all of our information and we were let right in. We were given our key and shown where our condo was, and waiting for us was a list with contact information for the morning. The condo was impeccably clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essential cooking equipment (pots & pans, dish soap, sponges, towels, silverware/plates/bowls, coffee pot). However, it is worth mentioning that we did have to purchase laundry detergent. As far as the staff is concerned at the Monte Carlo, they were nothing short of amazingly hospitable. Cristian, who I am sure you will get to know, helped us set up a boat tour to Tortuga Island and a ziplining tour. Also, there was a cleaning crew that came into our condo on a regular basis and made the place look like new every time (they seemed to be extremely trustworthy). Overall, this condo was an amazing experience, and provided us with the perfect safe, beautiful, private, vacation experience that we were both looking for in Costa Rica. We will definitely be coming back soon!

I stayed at the monte carlo for a month. It is a great place that is right in the middle of town, but provides a tropical, relaxing atmosphere when inside the grounds. It is 100% safe and the guys who run the place (Mike and Christian) are the nicest people i met in Jaco and will do anything to make you feel at home. I was sick for 10 days and these guys drove me to the doctor everyday and brought me food when i couldn't go out, without me asking them. i would definitely stay here again.

I've used the Monte Carlo Condos about six or seven times now, with family, friends, as well as on my own. Excellent combination of amenities, location and price. Most importantly to me has been (1) the upkeep of the grounds and units and (2) the attentiveness of mike and Cristian, the managers. I will continue using this property again and again.

The condo was beautifully furnished and in a perfect location. It was almost directly across the street from a grocery store with an ATM and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Mike and Cristian with Monte Carlo were very friendly and helpful. They took care of booking any excursions, transportation, etc for us and also showed us around town. The swimming pool was great and the grounds beautiful. The facility and the staff are first rate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jaco and plan on returning. We will definately stay here again!!

A fantastic accommodation that met the description well! The unit was well kept, and the office was helpful with problems, and they were few! The TV was in need of repair - yes, we were watching the Winter Olympics, but prefered not to do it through excess snow for 5 days! The pool was great, and the BBQ was cleaned regularly - what a treat not to have to scrub it yourself!! It was a little further from the ocean than we expected, but not a problem. The light housekeeping did not occur until the day we were to leave (the same for the coulpe next door, so confirm that on arrival) but that was not a problem. The pubs and town were close and we often walked to dinner or to shop. It was just a beautiful place, and we had a wonderful holiday. We'd recommend this to any one and hope to take our family in the future. The negatives are just me being picky but cations for others.
