Kolea 14M offers one of the best views of any two bedroom villa at Kolea! With only the private homes in the distance, there is nothing to obstruct this amazing ocean view. One of the greatest features of this villa is the amazing breeze that sweeps throughout rooms allowing you to take in the fresh Hawaiian breeze while you lounge in the lap of luxury.
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen. Additional cooking appliances and seasonings welcome the chef in you to create your own culinary masterpiece. Stainless steel appliances, glossy granite countertops and rich mahogany cabinets pamper you with their luxurious feel.
The solid wood dining table creates a lovely focal point to enjoy your home cooked meals. Black leather bar stools at the bar offer a more casual dining area.
The sectional couch invites you to fall into its comfortable cushions, where you can enjoy a Bose sound system, large flat screen television, or gaze out the lanai to the nearby Anaeho’omalu Bay. If you’d rather sit out on the lanai, a table for four is provided. The lanai comes furnished with a barbecue grill, outdoor sink and even a miniature refrigerator. The granite, teak and travertine combines to create a fabulous lanai on which to enjoy the mountain and ocean views.
The master bedroom is furnished with authentic Hawaiian décor and has splashes of Asian flare. Fall into the king bed and let the warm colors of the room relax your mind. The master bedroom has a flat screen television with combination DVD player atop a carved wooden dresser. A nearby built in dresser and closet provide you with more space to tuck your possessions neatly away. Just outside of the master is your very own mini bar with its wine cooler and sink. Across from there is a master bath fit for royalty. It includes opposing vanities, a walk in shower and a deep soaking tub.
The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and also has its own flat screen television/DVD comb atop a dresser. The corner desk houses a facsimile machine and long distance calls are available at no charge. The view from this room includes the splendor of the mountain and ocean. There is more of an art deco feel here. The closet is located just beside the private entry to the guest bath. A skylight provides supreme illumination for the large soaking tub. The walk in shower has a corner bench and niche cut into the travertine walls. Dual vanities are also designed of natural stone.
This villa has air conditioning, ceiling fans and a full size washer and dryer. It is located mere minutes from the Kolea Beach Club and Anaeho’omalu Bay. This sandy beach is filled with turtles and other marine life. It is also host to wonderful ocean activities such as snorkeling, whale watching and glass bottom boat tours. The private Kolea Beach Club has an infinity pool, spa, exercise hale, BBQ grill, kitchen and a sandy bottom keiki pond.
