Charming, cozy, late 1800’s vintage cottage in located in quiet residential area. The cottage is surrounded by local wildlife, mule deer, squirrels, and various bird species---even an occasional bear.
Easy access exists to Seven Falls, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Historic Broadmoor, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Indian Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Olympic Training Center, and to Hwy 24 (mountains, Pikes Peak highway, Cripple Creek), I-25 (Denver, Air Force Academy and Pueblo), and Hwy 115 to Penrose and Canon City (Royal Gorge) among others.
If in the area on business, downtown is only minutes away and the Colorado Springs Tech Center is just minutes north on I-25. The IT companies located in south Colorado Springs are just around the corner.
The 1st bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, the living room has a fold-out futon, and the 2nd bedroom has a day bed including a trundle bed. There is a cozy efficient fireplace in the living room in addition to gas heat. The full bathroom includes linens, towels, soaps & toiletries provided. The kitchen includes a standard size refrigerator, complete range with oven, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Also included is cable television.
