This is a condominium located in Avila Beach, California. It was built in 2007 and is finely appointed. Kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances, flooring is tumbled travertine throughout, and all bathrooms are tumbled marble with the master having vessel sinks. Everything is top-of-the-line and very comfortable. There is a 500 square foot deck with surround sound for TV and stereo inside and out.
There are no properties between the condominium and the beach. The weather is usually in the high 70s to 80s and quite pleasant all year round. There is a huge amount of activities as well as being only 1 and 1/2 hours from Santa Barbara. Avila is also half way between San Francisco and Los Angeles and makes a great base for traveling around California.
