This newly constructed,top floor, non-smoking condominium is the ideal place to stay for your family's next vacation. Located only three blocks to Wildwood Crest's beautiful beaches, it is equipped with many amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing! Brand-new furniture and appliances, including a king-size bed, queen-size bed, and two twin-sized beds. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Pillows and comforters are included, but sheets will need to be supplied by the renters.

Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, VCR/DVD players, and a two-car garage with a locked storage areas for bikes, strollers, buckets, and surfboards.

Our condominium is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, but within walking distances to several churches and close to the boardwalk, convention hall, Sunset Lake, and Victorian Cape May!

DEPOSITS AND PROCEDURES: A $250 Deposit is required in order to reserve your week/weeks along with a signed lease agreement that we will mail or fax to you. The $250 Deposit would then become your security deposit. A payment of 50% of the rent is due within one month of the signing of the lease and the balance due 30 days prior to occupancy.
