The location is central to walking to Private's Beach, Capitola Village, Pleasure Point, coffee, dinner and so much more. My husband and son are avid surfers and love running on the cliffs over looking the ocean.

I was raised in Santa Cruz and have always known we live in an incredibly beautiful place. My husband and I have lived in several locations in Santa Cruz County and there is no question that we love the Opal Cliffs neighborhood the most!
It's very important to me that everyone that comes to stay at our home feel as comfortable as if they were in their own home. I personally walk the house prior to every guest arrival to make sure it's as perfect as I would want it to be. Fresh flowers, unique soaps, organic coffee and tea, etc..
