Book now to enjoy an exciting or relaxing retreat this summer. The days are sunny and the nights cool. The deer and hummingbird are plentiful.

Our Antlers log cabin is perfect for your next vacation, reunion, weekend getaway or personal retreat. Are you planning your honeymoon? Need a comfortable home base for exploring and sightseeing? You've found it!

We have two historic log cabins, Antlers and Eagle's Nest, lovingly decorated, fully renovated and modernized with every convenience imaginable. This turn of the century ranch has the charm, character, privacy and adventure that insures a memorable Colorado vacation. What began in the early 1900’s as a potato farm was converted to a working ranch and now it's a retreat for you!

We’re open year-round and located 45 minutes west of Colorado Springs, Colorado. We invite you to experience why visitors come to Colorado: clean and clear mountain air at 9000 ft. elevation; average summer temperature of 70 degrees; campfires at night in the cool evenings; and fantastic nighttime views of the moon, stars and planets. Our 35 acres offers outstanding views of Pikes Peak and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

This listing contains details about our Antlers Cabin. We also have Eagle's Nest cabin (VRBO #23402) available, a brief description can be seen if you click on 'All My Rental Listings' for rates, photos and availability calendar. The link to our website is found at the bottom of this page, as well.

Antlers Cabin has 2 bedrooms/2 baths, each with queen beds, wood burning fireplace insert, Satellite TV and Stereo, free WiFi access, rocking chairs, porch, outside patio for relaxing, fully equipped kitchen with gas range, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer. (Sleeps 6 w/Queen Aero-Mattress in living room).

With both our cabins we provide all those little things you just hate to buy (or forget to bring!) when going on a trip. So you will find fire wood, coffee, hot cocoa, tea, condiments, spices, and necessary cleaning items for laundry and dishes. Paper products like paper towels, tissues and toilet paper are also provided.

Our two cabins are available for rent singly or together, perfect for family reunions or a gathering of friends. We can accommodate up to 12 in 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 kitchens, a playground, hiking trail, two campfire rings, gorgeous views of Pikes Peak and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. What more could we say that has not already been said in your guest books at the cabin. Our stay at Christmas with my cousin (The Meyer's - Blake and Janet) and her family was wonderful. The kids loved sledding in the pasture, thank you for offering that to us. The Llamas were fun to watch and talk to. To walk out on our porch and see Pike's Peak and all of our surroundings and feel the presence of the Lord was (to use an overrated word for exclamation) awesome. Thank you for providing such a place. We will definitely be back and should you ever decide to sell, contact us before anyone else.

"Colorado was AMAZING - garden of the gods, indian cave dwellings, 7 falls, manitou, the olympic training centre and most of all the cabin in Divide, i sat on the porch and saw hummingbirds, stellar jays, rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, moles, horses, cows, deer, elk and even a baby bear just a few feet down the road!" This was the direct quote from our British relatives. Julie and I did regret being so busy that we did not have enough time to fully enjoy the cabin and the surrounding retreat extensively. Our next stay here will indeed rectify this. The listing description, cleanliness and customer service were all five star. Two local attractions that were hidden jewels were the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs and the Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Resource Center in nearby Woodland Park. The slower pace after reaching Divide and the cabin were a welcome change from the hectic, crowded pace near Colorado Springs.

We had a great time,we did spend a lot of time sightseeing .However I did manage to do 1/2 the prayer walk and WOW.It is a beautiful place I also was treated to feeding horses apples on our last morning there. They had just been brought to the retreat so didn't see them much, however we saw deer everyday somewhere on our way to town or back. So close were they we could see the fuzz on their antlers,we also managed to catch sight of a young black bear on a road just coming back to the cabin not far off the main road. My cousin and her family were thrilled to see Colorado from sightseeing to the chipmunks that greeted us every morning at the cabin. They enjoyed the playground with their 3yr old as well.We will return as soon as we can and that my friend is the best review. That we can't wait to come back.Hope to see you soon, thank you for sharing Julie Boyce

We found the cabin to be very clean and inviting upon our arrival. It is very well-stocked with lots of basic supplies. The setting is just beautiful, and our kids thoroughly enjoyed playing outside and going for hikes on the property. Would definitely return here again!

Our family just stayed at this cabin a few days ago. Everyone loved it and wishes to make trips back. It is so peaceful, clean, and comfortable. The owners have not missed a detail. This cabin includes everything you could want for a getaway. We used the grill and outdoor seating area the most. It was great for our six-year-old to have a place to play and we loved watching the hummingbirds at the feeder. The area is gorgeous and this cabin is very homey! We loved it and hope to be back next year!

About the owner: Steve and Gwen Smith own and operate this 35 acres retreat. It is an arm of their nonprofit ministry, Potter's Inn.

                      Why the Owner Chose Divide:
Steve and Gwen Smith bought this property in 2006 because it was the most beautiful property they had ever seen. It is surrounded by three mountain ranges and in the back yard of Pikes Peak.

The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
We enjoy snow shoeing in the winter, hiking in the summer and having a fire going year round. It is so quiet here and we love to watch the wildlife around us, interacting with us.
