The owner worked very well with us through email to rent this unit. The unit is decorated in bright, tropical colors and very comfortable (just as pictured). The Gulf front unit is great! We watched dolphins play every morning and some evenings. The unit is very conveniently located to restaurants (The Back Porch is a short walk down the beach.), a water park and shopping. The staff at the Sands was very nice, and the building was very well maintained and clean.The unit has two baths and two small bedrooms at the back. We liked being able to do laundry in the unit. A great rental for two adults with two children (in the bunk bed room).We enjoyed our stay!!! You can't beat the white sand and emerald green waters!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

This is a wonderful vacation condo! My family and I visited the 2nd week of July 2010 and the beaches were white and the water was clear. The condo is exactly as the pictures display - very clean, fun and comfortable. Sterling Sands even had some fun activities planned during the week for kids and adults. There is nothing better than a view of the ocean from your room, sitting on your deck at night listening to the waves and the ability to walk anywhere – you’re in the heart of everything. We are still raving about our stay and look forward to doing business with you in the upcoming years. Thanks again! We loved it here!
