Our home is a very unique comfortable family home. Located just .2 mile from Main Street down a quiet, private road. Very large yard with lush gardens and a nice hidden patio with lighting and sound system. Very Island-y neighborhood has a nice mix of families and neighbors as well as vacationers. We rent very little so our home is most comfortable with lots of amenities not found in your typical rental.

We spend a lot of time at our Vineyard home all year round.
The Unique Benefits of this Rustic Post & Beam
Off Season we love to hike all parts of the Island that are not accessible during peak season.
We also love to run/walk all around and Edgartown.
The beach options are awesome and so close to home.
4 wheel- bike, walk, there are beaches for all within very close proximity from our house!
so many off season things to do and enjoy with less crowds! Great dining options, shopping, lots of great trails for walking
