Introducing a new way of life.

We are located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Montreal. You will experience a calm environment while just a block away from Prince Arthur pedestrian street and St-Laurent boulevard, known for its fabulous restaurants and night life scene.

From the jaccuzzi and the TV in the bathroom to the bamboo sheets and pillow top mattress from the Olympic series Vancouver 2010, we thought of everything. The caressing sheep carpet on each side of the bed will help you wake up on the right foot. Fresh flowers will be placed on the dining room table upon your arrival. The Occitane line we selected for the bathroom gives it a feel of modern luxury.

The fridge will be filled with your own selection of foods upon your arrival. Make your own or choose from a menu of delicious home made pre-prepared foods. We offer famous Montreal bagels and cream cheese every morning, organic and fare trade espresso or filtered coffee that you can enjoy with your newspaper, and mini-bar service for those nights in.

Ask us to book a show, order a massage or make restaurant reservations before you arrive or at any time during your stay. We can arrange a limo service for your transportation to and from the airport.

Montreal is host to a number of world class festivals in the summer, like the International Jazz Festival and the Just for Laughs Festival. There is an amusement park on a small island just beside Montreal – a 10 minute subway ride. This island also features a casino, which was build on the site of Expo '67. Take a tour of the old Montreal, we can have horse and buggy pick you up right on the door steep. Or grab a Bixi, a city bike, from the stand located just a few steps away.

A media library and a Wi-Fi internet connection will be at your disposal free of charge. Make long distance calls anywhere in Canada and the US, and use our long distance landline service for Ireland, Britain, France, Spain and Italy free of charge. You also have access to a Skype phone for even more convenience.

  • I arrange trips for high-end clients all over the world. What a refreshing experience it was to deal with Nicolas and Marie-Pierre!! From the first contact, the simplicity of setting up payment to their promptness with specialty food purchases, extra cleaning services and tickets/errands for the Jazz festival and travel, etc. we could not have found more gracious and helpful owners, who went out of their way!! The cozy apartment is new and my client was the first renter. According to his feedback it is a chic place - done with a lot of taste. He also found the owners' hospitality amazing, particularly the breakfast they made -- some of his fav ever! The apartment is within walking distance to the Jazz festival. Thank you again to Nicolas and his wife for making my client feel very welcome and comfortable:)
