We invite you to experience why visitors come to Colorado: clean and clear mountain air at 9000 ft. elevation; average summer temperature of 70 degrees; campfires at night in the cool evenings; and fantastic nighttime views of the moon, stars and planets. Our 35 acres offers outstanding views of Pikes Peak and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

The perfect place to go on our Honeymoon; a cozy cabin all to ourselves. Google Maps navigation brought us right to the place. Every room was clean & smelled fresh. The cabin was stocked with all the utensils, cookware, and appliances we needed to cook the groceries we brought. An ample supply of fire wood allowed us to keep a fire in the fireplace the entire time. Plenty of attractions nearby, but we only made it to the Swiss Chalet restaurant for Dinner ;-) An excellent restaurant for Dinner & ambiance! All the photos & listing information for the cabin is accurate. We found the cabin exactly as pictured. We highly recommend this place, and have told friends & relatives about it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We had a hard time booking a vacation that would be fun for an 8-year-old boy, and a teenage girl. They both agreed that the week we spent at the cabin was the best vacation we've ever taken. There were a couple of days we just went hiking, played games, and didn't even leave the property....except to go get me Starbucks! The kids have already asked if we could go back next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in this wonderful place. This was the perfect way for our family to spend time together and enjoy the beauty of Colorado. The kids had a wonderful time romping around, exploring and playing on the playset. They even made friends with the children staying in the other cabin. We took advantage of the Prayer Trail in the mornings & the fire pit & fire place in the evenings. We had a great time re-connecting as a family and getting away from the hectic pace of life. This is by far the best place we have staying in - your generous hospitality has been a true blessing that we will never forget!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
