Having stayed at various villas in the Kissimmee area over the years, I can say without hesitation that this one is by far the best. As soon as we walked through the door we could see that it was a well kept home. All the mod cons were there, B.B.Q, blender, WiFi, and even a printer which was invaluable for printing event tickets which we booked online. The clubhouse facilities were also spot-on. Gym, Wifi, Refreshments and a large outdoor pool. Water quality and clarity were excellent in the villa pool itself. Hardly a day went by when we didn't use it. If you're looking for a villa which is in a safe gated community, then we don't hesitate in recommending this one. Sure you could find cheaper but I doubt you could find much better. In closing, I recommend the Sizzler buffet. Purely for the fact that they have started to offer incentive for you to return if you have the breakfast buffet. Evening meals are discounted 20% if you produce your receipt from the same day's buffet breakfast. What a discount! Under $60 for 3 people to have Steaks, Surf and Turf etc. Magazine coupons just give 10%. When we return to Florida, this villa will be where we stay again for sure.

We stayed in this lovely property while in Orlando attending a trade show. We found the property to be quite enjoyable for all of us, which included a 3-year old, 2 married couples(1 young and 1 "mature"), 1 single young lady, and 1(mature) widow. Our only suggestion for improvement, which I'm sure came from our "mature" guests, would be to add more lighting. We were pleased with the clean, clean accomodations, the amenities in the neighborhood, and certainly the close proximity to Disney. Thanks for a wonderful visit in your lovely home. BK

The home is represented very well in the pictures. It was very clean and well appropriated. It was everything we were looking for. It was close to Disney anywhere from 15 - 20 minutes depending on which park you are going to. It was a real pleasure to come home to the pool at night and relax. I would highly recommend this home.

So glad we chose this property! We were 3 groups of friends meeting up for a long weekend but the house was certainly not crowded as the floorplan is designed in such a way that each group could have space, privacy and their own bathroom, then meet up in the living/dining areas or by the pool. Everyone had a fantastic time and the house was beyond expectations, so well equipped ,could not think of one thing missing!!! and a lovely quiet safe neighbourhood - we would definintely book again if we ever go to Orlando - such great value. Why would anyone stay in a hotel when such delightful accommodation is available for so much less cost? Thank you very much, Fjola & your helpful managers Martin & Lyndsie.

Great property. Clean, efficient and plenty of room. Great for families or couples who want extra space. Location is very close to all attractions and services. I will definitely stay there again.

We just returned from our stay at this house - everything was perfect! The house is just as it is pictured, very spacious (there was 8 of us)! The pool was private and clean. The kitchen was completely stocked - well beyond what we were expecting. The neighborhood was well guarded and VERY close to Disney. Working with the owner (Fjola) was a pleasure!! We look forward to renting this house again in the future.

My family and I have stayed at Windsor Palms for the last 3 years - and we have to say this was the nicest property we have had the pleasure to rent. The house was clean, the location excellent, and the simple add-ons that people tend to forget about were all there. The easy access to the pool from 3 doors - the privacy, the additional space, the cleanliness - everything about this villa added up to a fantastic property which, if we don't buy our own, we would happily return to. With 5 year old twins, safety is top priority, and the optional alarm to the pool is a nice touch. Overall, this is a fantastic property, and one which any family looking for a great base on which to visit Florida should seriously consider. One final thing - the owners are friendly, attentive and very prompt and helpful in resolving any queries, and were a pleasure to deal with. Our thanks to Fjola and her family for the responses to our questions.
