Main floor has newly renovated bath with tub/shower giving the house 3 full baths ( the other two with shower only). Washer/dryer on lower level.

Freshly painted walls and new, gleaming OAK hardwood floors. Master bedroom and double bedroom have AC units. Fans provided. Two other bedrooms have twin beds. All beds have newer mattresses.
Second family room, with TV/DVD on lower level, bedroom with twin beds (4th bedroom),and bath with shower (great area for children). Large mahogany deck with deck furniture, table and chairs, canvas umbrella and newer gas grill. Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided.
Enclosed , large, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for clean up after a day at the beach.
Short drive (8-10 min.) to Chatham center for great restaurants, shops, Lighthouse, working Fish Pier and playgrounds.
