Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home has been recently renovated to include new furniture in kitchen and living room (living room has TV/DVD/VCR), and fully equipped and appliance eat-in kitchen (including dishwasher). First floor washer and dryer.

Freshly painted walls and new, gleaming OAK hardwood floors. Master bedroom and double bedroom have AC units. Two other bedrooms have twin beds. All beds have newer mattresses.
Second family room, with TV/DVD on lower level, bedroom with twin beds (4th bedroom),and bath with shower (great area for children). Large mahogany deck with deck furniture, table and chairs, canvas umbrella and newer gas grill.
Enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for clean up after a day at the beach.
Short drive(8-10 min.)to Chatham center for great restaurants, shops, Lighthouse, working Fish Pier and playgrounds.
