This home is a 900-unit state-of-the-art luxury 24-hour doorman/concierge elevator building conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan. The air-conditioned apartment has large one bedroom with a view of the City View (24 floor) and Midtown Manhattan.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything. Linens and towels are plentiful. The living room includes a 42-inch color TV with cable service, high speed internet, a phone and a queen size sleeper sofa for an additional two people that expands to a bed. Roll-away beds can be provided upon request at no extra charge. There is plenty of room for the tenant to store clothes. The bedroom contains a queen size bed as well. The laundry, dry cleaner, ATM machine, movie rental machine are in the building. There is the Observation deck with spectacular view. For a small fee guests can enjoy Sports Club.
The building is 5 min walking distance to Time Square, Theater District, Lincoln Center, Rockefeller Center Piers, the Circle Line Tours, Broadway Theaters, the Jacob Javits Convention Center, fine restaurants. This is the best tourist location!!! 45 min from airport by Taxi.
From the building, there is immediate access to the Lincoln Tunnel, the West side Highway, Port Authority, airport shuttle, and Public Transportation. Subway Stops are on the same block. There is 24-hour security, and enclosed parking is available. On the weekdays there is free cross-town shuttle every morning.

It is truly luxury condo. Clean, spacious and comfortable. It was stocked with everything we need. Irina made everything possible to make our family vacation great. Location was very convenient - so many entertainment and shopping places around. The next time we are in NYC, I have no doubt that we stay in this condo.

I was in New York City first time. I stayed in this lovely, stylish condo. Everything was awesome. Great service and impression. Ideal location. The property owner was terrific. Highly recommend. I definetely will be back.

Went to NY for the first time with my family and had a great time the first week of June, 2011. The accommodations was everything advertised - great location, clean and secure. Subway close by and Times Square about 7 blocks away. I would recommend to my friends and family.

We stayed in this apartment and another 1-bedroom one with the same owner for a total of a week in October 2010. Both apartments were fantastic - really clean and spacious with great views. Irina was very helpful in solving any small issues that arose. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Just returned from a wonderful visit to NYC. The condo was absolutely perfect. Beautifully furnished, super clean, well equipped, lots of towels and linens...couldn't think of a thing that was missing. The view was terrific from every room. Four of us were more than comfortable...lots of room. A "great" take-out pizza place across the street too...amazingly good pizza! Communications with the owner were always handled immediately and accurately. My only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer!!!!

Our family just came from a 6-night stay at this apartment - it was absolutely fantastic! The condo is clean, nicely decorated, lots of linen, so conveniently located - several blocks away from Times Square, bus and subway terminal, 1 block away from a supermarket, laundry facility on the same floor. It is so conveniently located and we loved the view of the river and the skyline at night! Irina, thank you for making our stay in NY so memorable. Our kids enjoyed the stay very much! Hope we can stay here again the next time we visit the city.

My daughter and I stayed in this beautiful condo last month. It is on a quiet street on the upper west side but located just a few steps away from Broadway and public transportation. The apartment is large for a 2 bedroom and had been beautifully renovated. It has everything you need to feel comfortable from cable TV and wireless internet to a well stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. I highly recommend property.

12/6/2009 - We just returned from a two night stay in this condo. It was wonderful - a home away from home. There was a beautiful view of the city and river and very close to Time Square and Theatre District. Owner is very personable and made us very comfortable - thanks Irina! Hope to stay again soon!
