This floor also has the Guest Kind Bedroom, and the four Bunk bed Bedroom. A Toddler Aero bed TM, playpen (both with linens), baby monitor set, 2 basic child gates , and a four chair kid-sized card table, and an umbrella stroller are in the house.

On the ground level is the game room, equipped with a 63 inch Big Screen TV, High Def programming, sleeper sofa, six-board game pub table, wet bar, ice maker, dart board, and full sized pool/ping pong table, and a side screened porch.

This waterfront home also has a private boat dock and sun deck.
