This unit is located in the historic Placer Hotel, built in 1913 during the gold rush. It now houses 59 condominiums located right on the walking mall in downtown Helena. Walk to shopping, museums, theatres and restaurants or go for a hike on Mt. Helena, the largest city park in the country, with over 50 hiking and biking trails. Enjoy music on the mall and outdoor movies right next door, as well as the farmers market on Saturdays right outside the building.
The building features elevator access and a private fitness studio. This unit comes fully furnished with all utensils and linens and has great views of Mt. Helena and the downtown. We also own several other units in the building and may substitute with comparable unit.
