Thank You for viewing our Gulf Side Condo. This 2nd floor Studio unit has a Gulf View and is located on the west side of the building.
The unit includes a Simmons top-of-the-line KING extra firm bed and sleeps two adults. A 37' Magnavox LCD TV with built-in DVD is provided as well. Local telephone calls are free, too. Wireless internet is included at no charge for this unit only!
Kitchen includes new electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, new dishwasher and all cooking & eating utensils. A new GE front load washer dryer combo also installed May 2012.
The complex contains three large pools (one is heated) and one toddler pool, in addition to tennis court. This is the best value anywhere on the beach. Book your dates today before they're gone!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was decorated really cute and it actually had more room than i thought it would. It was great for me and my husband although it would be difficult if you had more than two people. I liked the fact that the towels and washclothes were provided.We loved the location of the condo b/c it is on the first floor and it is close to the pool and the steps.The owner of the condo was very nice and was very easy to work with.
