Very clean. Our stay was very pleasant. Hot tub and jacuzzi tub were amazing. Will stay there again anytime!! People at office and maintenance guy very helpful and nice.

First time to the Mountains, took our grandkids, WE LOVED IT! Great cabin, was very suprised for the amount we paid per night. We have stayed at different VRBO rentals befour, but this time we were more than satisfied. Rental check in office was very friendly! The fact that we had wireless internet and TV's in every room was AWESOME! We plan to return in the fall.

What a way to spen the fourth of July. We barbqued right out on the deck, while the kids were in the hot tub. We had everything we needed. This cabin is stocked to the hills. The Black Bear Resort was great, clean and had an awesome on site swinning pool with security. No complaints here. See you next summer.

We had the time of our life....decided to go to the mountaines this year and skip the beach...there is so much to do here ..it's amazing! The cabin was incrediable..the kids are still talking about the pool table and upright game system...they were so entertained when we were back at the cabin...we didn't even know we had kids with us...we loved it so much we are going back before school starts. Bear Paws is the best!
