Our fully remodeled 1750 sq ft beach house is located just south of Aptos & Seascape Resort. It offers a panoramic oceanview with 12 miles of sandy beach. You can enjoy your coffee watching the dolphins & surfers and then watch the sunset from your deck. You have direct access to the beach and campfires are permitted until 10pm.

The gourmet kitchen of granite & stainless, is well stocked with cooking utensils and staples (spices, oils, etc) anything you may have forgotten. Ample paper products are also supplied.

This is our home away from home that we invite you to share and we do take great care maintaining it and believe that you will have everything you need for a perfect stay.

  • My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at this fantastic beach house. Took care of it like it was our own. My 4 1/2 yr. old grandson cried when we were leaving. He didn't want to leave his "new house". We'll be back!

  • No picture OR description could do this rental justice. It is beautiful, luxurious, contains any convenience you could imagine, and the perfect setting for a dream vacation. 8 adults DO fit very comfortably. The owners were helpful and professional with all my questions. I highly recommend this rental (just not on a time that we want to go back!)
