Located in the Stillwaters Golf Club, this beautiful Condo is on the penthouse floor in the middle of the building with 2000 sq/ft of living space. It is unique, compared to all other lake condo's, in that it has 12 to 15 foot ceilings and hardwood flooring throughout. Two fireplaces, one inside and one outside, and a huge private patio overlooking the lake make this an ultimate getaway!!. Why the Owner Chose Dadeville

My wife and I chose to purchase this Condo for many reasons. First Lake Martin ranks in the top ten cleanest lakes in the country. It is a huge lake that keeps close to full pool year round which makes the lake experience absolutely fantastic. The many condos on the lake are surpassed by this 2008 newly constructed condo. With 12-15 foot ceilings and dual fire places, hardwood floors throughout and a rock slide at the pool for the kids, no property on the lake has these amenities. It has everything. On top of it it is only 2 hrs drive from Atlanta!! Also, 30 minutes from Auburn University and 2 minutes from Robert Trent Jones golf courses.

This is a fairly new condo on the top floor of building five, beautiful wood floors, great porch and has some nice high ceilings. Had some AC issues and the wife and I were starting to snarl at each other by Monday. However, spoke with Tripp and Chuck @ Fuller Realty, the Property Mangers for Mike, and they had the unit totally replaced by Wednesday afternoon. It was an extremely hot week that week and we had no further problems once the bigger unit was installed. Wife was MUCH happier after that...Thanks Mike and Fuller Realty! This building is by far the best building if you plan to bring your boat. The pool was a bit more of a hike than we would have liked, but the kids enjoyed it and.really liked the little water slide. However, we all pretty much went down to the dock and floated in the lake when we were ready to relax in the water. After all, we are boaters and were running from the oil, so getting in the lake was a given. The location on the lake is just beautiful. I think there were three docks at the time, so I would advise putting a nice, sturdy ladder at the "center end" of each. If we did not have our boats with their ladders, getting out would have been an issue. Wear your flip-flops and leave them close to wear you plan to get out as the dock gets hot. Not a negative, just a fair warning... Very close to the Marina & The golf course at Stillwaters There were 13 greens were under repair but we knew this going in and it was not a surprise. If you plan to golf, check before you rent. The boat launch was an issue, but we figured it out. This is where the owner or Property Manager could help a bit by putting together a little PDF file with directions to the unit, directions to the launch and advise on where to store trailer. Do it one time and just email the files with your confirmation and you're done with it. Stillwaters has a strict trailer parking policy but we figured that one out too.

Reserved and stayed 7 nights/days - Great Place but....

The condo and overall property were great for a nice weeks vacation at the lake. The only property related complaint is the closest boat ramp is 6+ miles away. Thats fine as long as you know where and what to do going into the trip. Suggest use of Union Ramp, 6 mile drive by car, short shot around corner via boat. I dropped the boat and left trailer at the ramp the entire week and all turned out well. This brings me to my chief complaint about this experience. The property management firm (Fuller) was pretty much useless. They swiped my credit card and that was about it. No receipt, confirmation, guidance, help, directions, etc....We had no check in or check out instructions. We booked this place 2 months before vacation and reapetedly tried to gain a receipt or paperwork of some sort. We got nothing but "I assure you your booked". We didnt even know where to go when we pulled out of the driveway on vacation. My wife tracked the prop. mgt. company down and the gave an address to their office where a key was left on the front porch with incorrect directions to the condo. They provided no assistance in where to drop boat, park boat, park trailer, etc. or even what or how to check out after the vacation. I had to contact the owner for all advice including small things like how to get on the internet and such. Bottom line, the condo was awesome, the property management/rental agency was virtually useless. The owner helped me through the unknowns and for that i am very appreciative because i know he uses a property management company to assist renters, but they did nothing. Thanks sir. All that aside, the place is very nice and it was a wonderful place to stay and pretty much as advertised. If you rent this property, i'd suggest you really push the property managmenet company for information prior to heading out. If you are armed with all that you need to do, you'll have a much better experience and time.
