It is unique, compared to all other lake condo's, in that it has 12 to 15 foot ceilings and hardwoods all throughout. Two fireplaces, one inside and one outside on this huge private patio overlooking the lake make this an ultimate getaway!!. Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as being professional decorated, make this the premier condo on the lake!!
The boat slip, which is perfectly located in proximity to the condo is literally 50 feet from the balcony looking down. The bedrooms are big as well as the bathrooms and closets. Two 42' LCD TV's (one with a Xbox and games) are in the family room and the Master bedroom.
This is a stunning condo that is without a doubt the premier property on the lake. The grounds also have a ton to offer with a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, copier and fax, a pool with a rock slide for the kids and a amphitheater with gas fire pits and grills. Why the Owner Chose Dadeville
My wife and I chose to purchase this Condo for many reasons. First Lake Martin ranks in the top ten cleanest lakes in the country. It is a huge lake that keeps close to full pool year round which makes the lake experience absolutely fantastic. The many condos on the lake are surpassed by this 2008 newly contructed condo. With 12-15 foot ceilings and dual fire places, hardwood floors throughout and a rock slide at the pool for the kids, no property on the lake is as much fun. It has everything. On top of it it is only 2 hrs drive from Atlanta!!
