Cassine Garden 203 is the best kept secret in Cassine Garden Townhomes located in Seagrove beach. It is a perfect location just steps to the community pool and a short stroll to the beach…you can’t beat that!!!
This townhome has just been newly renovated and redecorated. The decorator put a warm touch to this unit using earth tones throughout the 2 level townhome to make you feel at home.
As soon as you walk in the door you will feel relaxed. The living area has chocolate colored sofa which converts to a sleeper sofa, 2 chocolate colored wicker chairs and a beautiful antique entertainment center. The mahogany dining table seats 4 people with 2 additional seats at the kitchen bar.
There is a patio that is right off the living area where you can easily walk to the community pool. Upstairs is a king bedroom is decorated with brown and blue earth tones with a private balcony. The 2nd bedroom with a queen sized bed also decorated with some brown, beige and green tones has a private balcony where you have a view of the community pool. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
You’ll love the safe family atmosphere of Cassine as well as the use of 2 community pools. tennis courts, basketball hoop, nature trails and bike paths. Within walking distance to local restaurants like Angelina’s, Cocoon’s, Café Thirty A, LaBotana and Flip Flops.
Cassine Garden is centrally located between Destin and Panama City Beach.
East of Seagrove Beach in Panama City is Pier Park, a large shopping center with specialty shops, restaurants and a movie theatre. West of Seagrove Beach is Destin where there is tons of things to do, if it is shopping you like to do,check out the Silver Sands Outlet Mall or Destin Commons. Also Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin has a lot of specialty shops, restaurants, a park for the kids, and they have a monthly calendar of activities. If you are not in the mood to shop there is Big Kahuna’s Water Park, minature golf and much more.
