#3- Quiet Top floor unit...if you have ever staying on the bottom floors, you will understand why this is a benefit. There is alot of noise heard from above on the lower units. No overhead noise in this unit.(also the balcony is more private - people are not walking past interrupting your morning coffee)
#4- Bedroom with two twin beds can be turned into a King bed upon request. Villa has "insta-king" product with king mattress pad to make a comfortable king set-up
