Welcome to BLUE BEACHES beach bouse in the prestigious Pointe West Community.

Beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom, very new and clean with all new furniture and bedding. Just steps from the beach with private walk-over. Offering a large 42" flat screen TV in the living room with large sectional sleeper sofa and 2 other comfy chaise chairs. Fully stocked, gourment,granite countertops kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker etc. breakfast bar w/3 barstools and 6 seating dining table. ALL YOUR LINENS AND TOWELS INCLUDED.

Master bedroom suite has beautiful new canopy king sized bed, TV, DVD, large bath and private deck with seating and stunning views. Other 3 bedrooms have 1 king, 1 Queen, 2 Twins each with their own private bathroom. Washer/dryer, Cable and internet access.
TV's in all rooms with cable! Ninendo game stations and games for the kids. Lots of board games also.

Unwind on any of the new chaise loungs, or other seating on the 2 large patios and enjoy the views to the beach, bay and pond with waterfall. Also enjoy grilling out under the house with provided grill, 2 large picnic tables, hammocks and chairs overlooking the pond with beautiful fountain.
Outside shower for easy clean ups from the beach...a great place to watch the kids play or just unwind. Large lawn for the kids to play on.

Steps from the beach accessed by private walk-over, this beach side beauty is open to the views down the beach and also the bay. Thia house is within walking distance of approx. 1/2 mile to the beach club resort and only a limited number of these houses are available to rent.

Your rental contract will allow you to use the Private Pointe West Beach Club with infinty pool,hot tub,kids pool, covered seating and chaise lounges, BBQ grills, 2 restaurants, pool side cocktails and dining, showers,bar, work out room, children's room with pool and hockey table.
Sports bar on top level with flat screen TV's and entertainment on scheduled nights. This is a PRIVATE OWNERS ONLY RESORT...all the amenities are available TO YOU and included in your rental.

You will think you have stepped into the Mexican Riviera, but so much closer. The beaches are cleaner and prettier than any place else on the island, as they are groomed regularly by PW and NO DRIVING ALLOWED so very safe for kids. Enjoy volley ball on the beach, fun in the sun and memories made with your family and friends.

Spectacular sunsets on the bay and views from every vantage point. The other pool area is named Sunset Pool - it faces the bay and features a lazy river, pools, hot tub, fire pit etc...so much fun for the kids. This resort spans to over 1,000 acres of landscape and enjoyment for your entire family. There is nothing else on the island that compared to the amenities at Pointe West.

Galveston has many attractions including Schlitterbahn water Park, Moody Gardens Rain Forest, I Max and Aquarium....so much to do...so many memories to make...you will LOVE this house!!!

  • We enjoyed our time at your beach house. It was just right for the adults and the children (7-14 years old). The beach club is great. Loved the beach! You have done a lovely job of decorating and enjoyed the many sayings you had around the house, especially the one over the downstairs bedroom. The house is exceptionally well stocked with cooking equipment, serving dishes and dinnerware. The two kingsize beds are greatly appreciated as our guys are 6'4". We spent a lot of time on the balconies as they are shaded most of the day and there seems to be a delightful gulf breeze most of the time (Great for drinking your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening.) We plan to return in October. We were at the house 90 minutes after leaving our home in far northwest Houston.
