Nestled in the exclusive private neighborhood of the Tahoe Keys is this gemstone one level cabin with exquisitely done interiors where luxury abounds. The living areas of this property are well proportioned and flow beautifully. Top of the line appliances accentuate the expansive eat-in kitchen which includes a chef's commercial dual fuel range with grill, Sub-Zero fridge/w icemaker, wine cooler, acres of exotic granite counters, quarter-sawn Oak cabinetry,excessive matching dinnerware/cookware and beautiful views of the canal and mountains.
There is a private office off the kitchen with wireless internet,TV and a copier/fax. This room also doubles as a butler's pantry with wet bar, granite counters and ample storage. In the living area is a wood burning fire place(wood supplied in garage)that boasts a large plasma TV with surround sound and ample custom seating.
Three tasteful bedrooms and baths two of which are masters complete this one of a kind warm and fuzzy home. The masters both have Cal-King beds and the guest bedroom has a Queen. Egyptian cotton matching linens and towels compliment the luxurious feel of this jewel. Two can sleep comfortably on the sectional sofa in the living room. The front master has a remote controlled gas fire place, cashmere upholstered walls and bedding, and a steam shower. The rear master has a jacuzzi tub large enough for two and a heated towel rack. All baths have the best in personal amenities.
Kitchen, living room and both masters have flat screen TV's with expanded cable including all movie/music channels. Office and guest room have smaller TV's. Outside is a sweet patio deck for dining al-fresco with bar-b-que pit and a lush back yard with a 3 person hot tub.
There is a fairly new lighted boat dock that can accommodate two boats, one up to 30 ft, the other 24 ft., right out the back door. This fabulous cabin has great curb appeal,a completely finished heated garage with washer/dryer and room for 2 autos,with a 2 auto driveway. There is street parking in the summer and trailer storage at the Keys Marina.
Every amenity the Tahoe Keys Homeowner's Association has to offer is at our guests disposal for a small fee,(5.00 per day per person, 15.00 per day per person for tennis,there are weekly discounts,kids under 5 yrs. n/c) including indoor/outdoor heated pools, hot tub, tennis courts, a large sandy shoreline complete with bar-b-que facilities, and parks with magnificent views of Lake Tahoe and surrounding mountains. Moments away is the Tahoe Keys Marina with fine dining, all boating and rental needs. Unbelievable skiing,tons of great restaurants and casinos are within 10 minutes driving time.

Everything in the description and photographs of this house are spot on.. The decor is first class and it is immaculate.. We felt at home from the first day we were there. The bedrooms are extra cosy and comfortable. The cashmere bedroom has the most comfortable chair on which to sit and read. The kitchen is equiped with more than everything we needed. The appliances and amenities are high-end .We loved sitting on the deck and in the hot tub enjoying the bright stars.and listening to the sounds of wild animals.off in the distance.. Jeff is a top-notch landlord; he ensured that our stay was most enjoyable and carefree. There are indoor and outdoor pools nearby as well as a beach. The nearby Fresh Ketch restaurant is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Raley's supermarket is nearby beside K-Mart and some outlet stores are across the street. I would return to this house in a heartbeat! Jeff and this Jewel of the Lake are the best!

An incredibly comfortable home! Everything about it is warming and inviting. From the decorative exterior lamps to the wood burning fireplace, to the new hot tub, to even the subtle air fresheners in every room - from the moment you arrive...you sense you are at home. I personally have not ever stayed in such a comfortable house - ever. The beds and rooms are cozy, the huge kitchen fully stocked, and the bathrooms go beyond expectation. It is also wonderfully decorated! We three young adults had the greatest first time Lake Tahoe experience, and we owe it all to Jeff! A very personable and accomodating host indeed. Thank you, Jeff.

This home was truly amazing. All the amenities were first rate, not one detail was left out. The pictures of the properties are accurate, however it is even better in person. Our family enjoyed our stay at Jeff's place, we felt like we were at home the moment we walked in. The place was immaculate and had everything you needed, all we needed to bring was our personal belongings. The access to the Lake was great, and the boat dock was perfect. Our kids had a blast playing in the grass back yard, while we enjoyed the views from the deck. Great times, can not wait to go back. Jeff was truly a pleasure to work with and it made our stay even that much more enjoyable. Thanks!!!

One of the most decorative 5 star homes we have ever stayed in. Our trip was completely covered by Jeff's hospitallity. All the things of home at the lake. The pictures and descriptions are all accurate. You will have a hard time finding a true jewel like this one. The five of us stayed here for almost two weeks and we felt right at home. All shopping and pools are nearby. If you have the time, this vacation rental is just right for you.

We stayed at this home in June and had an amazing time. The house is perfect for families and kid friendly! 4 adults and 3 small kids stayed in the house and there was still a bedroom that didn't get used. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. The entire house is well appointed and appears even better in person than the pictures show... from the gourmet kitchen to the huge room off the kitchen complete with a huge TV and surround sound and the amazing deck with seating and a BBQ. There is even a nice size grassed area for kids to play in when your not using your boat that can be conveniently docked right off the back of the house. Oh and the kids fished off the boat dock and caught a bunch of blue gill! Two bedrooms are master suites. One with a steam shower and the other with a huge tub complete with jets. There is even a nice office area where you can set up a laptop or use the wireless internet througout the house. It is also conveniently located near the start of the bike trail that takes you to Camp Richardson and The Beacon. It doesn't get much better than having a beverage on the deck at the Beacon! To top it off, Jeff is a great guy and very easy to work with. This house has everything you need for a great vacation. We will be back!

We are so fortunate to have found both of these properties. There is no need to look anywhere else when coming to Tahoe. Both homes are impeccably appointed and fully stocked with everything we need. We always choose the Skyland house for larger family gatherings. It's great trampoline and pool keep the kids busy all day while it's fully appointed gourmet kitchen allow for great meals to be prepared. The Keys home is smaller but very spacious with an amazing gourmet kitchen and huge open room off the kitchen. The boat dock and proximity make it perfect for anyone really wanting to experience the beauty of Lake Tahoe. Oh yeah and it doesn't hurt that Jeff is actually a great guy who encourages feedback both negative and positive. He wants your stay to be great and it shows.
