This second floor, front unit is 1 1/2 blocks to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
You have a view of "Time Square", a clock tower and courtyard in the center of the Corona del Mar village. The adjacent parking lot is where the farmer's market is held every Saturday from 9AM to 1PM, where you can buy frech cut flowers, produce, and unique items.
You have 5 blocks to the north and south on PCH that contain world class restaurants, shops, etc. CDM is upscale, but down to earth.
You are very close to Laguna, Newport Beach, and Balboa, but the highlight is walking the short distance to the bluff to watch the boats come in and out of Newport Harbor, Catalina, and the people down below.
This seven unit complex was taken down to the studs and completely remodeled in 2007. There is only one full-time resident, so the heated pool is semi=private for you and your family.
There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach.

Why the Owner Chose Corona del Mar
We bought the lower front unit as a vacation home, but liked it so much, we moved into it full-time. We have vacation homes in the desert and mountains, but have always loved the magic of Corona del Mar. It has the small, beach town feeling without the noisy party scene that goes with it. This condo is for the discriminating traveler who wants to be in the heart of the village so they can walk to the beach and all of the restaurants and shops.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The bluff! We walk the bock and a half and have one of the most beautiful views in the world. You can picnic, walk, look at the boats, seals, dolphins, people, etc. It is never the same and never boring. We have lived here for one year and have gone out to a new restaurant every week and still have not hit them all! (I must admit we have cheated and gone back to some twice).

We own the unit below this one, so no one has lived in this upstairs, front condo full-time since the whole 7 unit complex was taken down to the studs and completely rebuilt and remodeled last year into the Italian Villa you see here. We are the only full-time residents in the complex and travel often.
