This is a 2 BR, 2 bath, 1st floor villa that overlooks the large lake (lagoon) and accommodates up to 6 people; spacious and newly renovated with a fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer are in the villa.
Brigantine Quarters is set in a secluded, relaxing atmosphere surrounded by tall oaks and palm trees. Shopping, dining and entertainment are nearby; just a 10 minute walk.
Best of all, the spectacular HHI beach is a short block and a half away through Brigantine Quarters private access gate. Your vacation can be as calm and quiet or as active as you'd like.
Our villa sits on a tranquil lake (lagoon)and the covered back porch is a great place to simply relax and enjoy the exquisite environment.
On the grounds are 2 tennis courts, 2 swimming pools (one is heated from March 15 to May 15), a playground & picnic area with gas grills. Paved bike paths are immediately accessible to bike throughout the island.

Why the Owner Chose Brigantine Quarters
It is important to us to be very close to the beach-just a short walk through our private access gate. Brigantine is simply beautiful. We have stayed at several different plantations on HHI and we think we have found a hidden gem.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Brigantine is kid friendly. We have all the ammenities you need and enjoy such as 2 swimming pools, private deck, outdoor gas grills and friendly owners and guests. There is a beautiful lagoon on one side and a golf course on the other. We are on a dead end street therefore it is quiet and secluded with no through traffic. It is a short walk to great shopping, dining and other activities.
As you can see Barcelona Rd. - is a dead end and very quiet -you don't see this very often on HHI when your this close to the beach
Our picture shows the light house. There is shopping and many different things to visit in Sea Pines. You can go horse back riding. You can take dolphin site seeing trips and of course they have the P
Shipyard Plantation has 2 entrances and both have a gatehouse with a guard. You will be given a pass that allows you to enter either gate.
Otherwise called 278. This is the main entrance onto HHI. You could also take the Cross Island Pkwy. It will cost $1-$2, but on a busy day will be much quicker if going to Shipyard Plantation
This is a busy area of the beach. As you can see if you leave Brigantine and go straight to the beach you are 1/2 mile from Forest Beach and your beach area is much more remote and quiet.
Enjoy a ride through beautiful Sea Pines and have lunch next to the dock at Salty Dog Cafe. Don't forget to buy something at the Salty Dog store.

This was our 7th year at Hilton Head and this was our second year at this condo and we enjoyed staying in this condo as much as we did last year. Really a beautiful place to stay with views of the lagoon out back. Really enjoyed sitting and drinking coffee and eating on back porch overlooking lagoon and watching the alligator and exotic birds. The pools are very clean and never crowded. Nice playground that our grandchildren enjoyed and very nice tennis courts right next to the pool. Short walk to the beach and having the luxury of being inside Shipyard Plantation with all the bike paths and lagoons and close to Coligny Plaza. Highly recommend renting bikes for the week, which you can do at a minimum fee, and enjoy the many bikes paths and riding to the stores and on the beach at low tide. I highly recommend this location and would love to stay here again in the future.

The place exceeded our expectations--it was clean and very comfortable for our family. We especially enjoyed the large ensuite. The kids loved to see the alligator that came up on the bank of the lagoon behind the unit. The two pools were amazing and there was always plenty of seating space especially at the larger pool. Best of all it was a short walk to the gorgeous beach. We enjoyed renting bikes for the second week of the stay as there are kid friendly bike paths on the grounds and all over the island. Overall a wonderful place for a family vacation and we are already planning to return next summer.

This was our family's first trip to HHI and we had a fabulous time! Brigantine Quarters was a great place to stay. The condo was roomy and clean, and we loved the views of the lagoon. The location was close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores, and the grounds were well-maintained. I really liked the private access to get to the beach, and the short walk was no problem at all! We especially loved riding our bikes on the beach and on the extensive bike trails on the island. This was one of our best vacations and we will definitely be back!

We have stayed at BQ for 6 of our 8 "spring breaks", 3 of them in this particular unit. What a great experience, from the cleanliness and size of the condo to the proximity of the beach! It is so peaceful here! (especially when we go in the spring). If you ever want to experience a truly relaxing holiday without the "busy-ness" of a Myrtle Beach or Daytona Beach or Orlando, this is the place for you! This is the one vacation spot that we will return to again and again.

Sometimes you want that type of vacation, but at Brigantine Quarters and Hilton Head Island you won't have high rise hotels that block out the sun in the afternoon. Most people don't know that no building can be built higher then the tallest tree on HHI. There are far more houses on the beach then resorts or hotels. We love it and look forward to having you back for many years.

My family and I have been coming to Hilton Head for over 18 years and love staying in Brigantine Quarters. This unit is the best of the best. We love the view of the lagoon from both bedrooms and the main living area. The porch off the master bedroom is the perfect spot for a romantic breakfast as you start your day while enjoying the view of the lagoon. The two pools are always clean and great for children as well as adults who might want to just relax and read a good book. The ocean and beach is a short walk away through a private gate. We highly recommend this unit!

Our vacation was the best ever at Brigantine Quarters! The Condo was perfect for our family of 5! My favorite room was the over-sized Master Bathroom, no sharing with the kids! We typically go out to dinner everynight on vacation, but stayed in two nights and grilled out this year, it was much more relaxing! The unit was clean, well-stocked and we enjoyed looking for the alligator in the back lake area. The 2 pools were nice, clean and warm! The walk to the beach isn't far either. Great location, would definetly stay there again!

I've been going to Hilton Head almost every almost every summer for the past 25 years and I've never enjoyed it as much as I did this summer! The weather was PERFECT and your unit view was AMAZING! Thank you so much for making your BQ unit available to us. Shipyards BQ is the only place I've ever stayed while visiting HHI and your unit was by far the nicest 2 bedroom unit I've ever stayed in! Convenient location for beach, pools, play area for children, and an awesome bike trail.

Very nice condo with split bedrooms. Convenient location for beach, pools, shaded bike trails. Easy walk to Piggly Wiggly, shopping, and retaurants. Good, safe area for kids to play and ride bikes.
