The master suite offers glass door leading to the balcony, and a large walk-in closet with safe. His and hers vanities, jetted Roman tub, and a separate Italian-tiled shower in the bath. The guest bedroom has 2 Queen-sized beds, nine foot windows with views of the ocean, as well as a walk-in closet, and private bath. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, floor to ceiling sliding door out to the balcony and nine foot windows with views of the ocean, as well as a walk-in closed and private bath. Hair dryers are provided in each full bath.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features European styled cabinets, granite countertops, and built-in appliances. Cook inside, grill on the balcony, or go to the beautiful Terra Cotta full service restaurant. Relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
You can enjoy a personalized body treatment and massage on site. Portofino's exclusive Spa and Lifestyle Center features state-of-the-arts fitness center with Cybex and Trlue equipment, Pilates, Yoga and Spin Classes with views overlooking two heated infinity edge pool lagoons, whirlpools, and the Santa Rosa Sound.
We, also have (3) Ostrich 3in1 Beach Chairs and Loungers, that you are welcome to take to the Beach. A Wonderful Vacation For Grandpartents, Children and Grandchildren

We were so excited when arrived at this beautiful condo. It was a pleasant stay for all. There is plenty of room for all to roam inside and also outside on the balcony. We utilized the wonderful grill on the balcony as well as cooked meals in the well stocked kitchen. There was plenty of cookware and utensils available. The whole vacation was a wonderful experience. While staying there we enjoyed all of the pools, the beaches, and we also enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a wonderful view while visiting with our family. I also suggest checking out the All Adventure Pass if you are active vacationers. This is available through the Portofino check-in desk. For a nominal feet this pass allows you to use all of the Santa Rosa Sound side water activities and many items on the Gulf side. I highly recommend this condo to any family who wants to enjoy their stay in Pensacola Beach with plenty of room and many activities. Also, remember to take the beautiful seven mile drive down the National Seashore which is just to the east of this property. It was breathtaking.

This was our second visit to Portofino Island. We stayed in a Penthouse 3BR last year, and this condo is even nicer! Portofino Island offers the best service 2nd to none. All of the staff are very cordial and helpful, and the grounds are beautiful. The beaches are great and the pools are exceptionally clean. Patsy has done and outstanding job decorating and maintaining this condo. Our whole family felt very welcomed in this home. Everything in the description is very accurate. Nice touch having beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. Please consider this unit when looking for rental properties in Pensacola. We will look to rent from her again next year!

This was a wonderful condo at a very nice resort. The condo was exactly as advertised. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. We had five 18 year old boys and 3 adults -- there was plenty of room. The balcony was amazing with a view of both the gulf and the sound. We cooked and used the full kitchen. The amenities of the resort were also nice and everyone was friendly. The "oil situation" did not ruin our vacation, but did make us sad. Everyone still enjoyed the sunshine at the beach most days, the sound side, and the beautiful pools. We have always rented beach houses in the past, but this was a better deal and there was a lot more activities available to keep everyone happy with tennis, kayaks, the adventure activities, the spa, the amazing views, and the little boat cruises. Patsy (owner) was very helpful and nice. I would recommend it and we would rent the same place again.

My family and I recently stayed in this condo for a week and it was absolutely the BEST condo we've ever stayed in! We were so pleased with everything from the incredible view to the beautiful decorating details in every room. This condo truly has it all! Patsy was easy to work with. WOW!!!! What at view.. The wrap around balcony with views both ocean side and bay side were amazing. We loved sitting out there drinking our coffee and watching the sun rise. The evenings were just as beautiful and relaxing. The condo is beautifully furnished and very welcoming. The resort was beautiful and the beach easily accessible. We will definitely be returning for another great vacation!!

We recently stayed at this condo for a cheerleading competition and was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and well maintained this property was. The condo itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms were big and had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable.I felt very confident with letting my daughter and her friends walk to the pool and around the property. The staff at the portofino was also very helpful with any questions we had. The owner of this condo was extremely helpful when booking the condo and sending information prior to our stay. We truly enjoyed our stayed at this beautiful condo. I will definitely be returning with my family and staying for a longer period of time so that we can enjoy all the amenities that the resort has to offer. Thanks for allowing my friends and their girls to stay at your condo. We had a great time and loved it!!
